If I could put 0 I would. This company is a joke. Workers walk around working with a cigarette which is very unprofessional not too mention all their tools and equipment left about blocking main entry ways. My grandmother is not even able to visit anymore because she can't get up the 4 steps that they are blocking! They also leave their garbage and nails all over the sidewalks and parking lot, which is dangerous to the pets that live here.

They have no respect for other peoples property! They have ruined my garden and broken so many of the plants we just planted! I can't wait till they get out of here because they have been getting away with this for MONTHS now, not just my property but the whole complex.

We had Hardie plank (color plus) siding installed to replace the old LP siding. They did a fantastic job. I thought. at 1st. Update. 2 years later brushing my entry way with a soft bristle broom to remove cob web and dust paint chipped off in 2 spots. Also. We still haven't been able to get him to come back out and take the tie off that they left laying on our new roof.

Which will probably end up leaving rust marks from the metal hook. 2 stories. I don't want to go up there. Chris told me on two separate occasions that he would be out the following week. Then I just don't hear back from anybody. A lot of money to spend for color plus heavy duty siding to have the paint start chipping off. We are bummed out.

We are in the process of buying our house and will be having new windows, siding, gutters and more installed. In my search to get some ideas from a professional I contacted Hometown Exterior. They did get back to me promptly, but that's where the good customer service ended. I was informed that they charge $500 just to come out and give a quote! We'll obviously not be using this company for any services.

Hometown Exterior design did a very good job for us. We had to replace L-P siding. They made it as painless as possible for that type of job. They did a great deal of precision carpentry to make the boards fit. The watertight integrity of the house was enhanced by new flashing installed.
