This co is wonderful. I had to cancel about 4 different times due to weather. It was never a problem for them My cleaner 'John arrived on time and cleaned the whole house himself. He did the carpet stains then deodorized all carpets Finally vacuumed everything MY CARPETS LOOK BETTER THAN NEW I have used Stanley steamers before and they never really cleaned them clean. Recently had this company perform their services at our location, at first arrival he stated he was in a hurry to fit in another client. Days after the service, the carpets looked worse than when he started. When attempting to call and politely ask for a refund I was hung up on when I informed the lady about what the man said when he arrived about in a hurry. Tried calling the number 2 times since and I get no answer. This company is an unprofessional joke.

I have been using SteamMaster for several years in different houses. Having two kids, a German Shepard and a cat in the house we have to clean carpets at least once a year. I used SteamMaster company more than a couple of times. I have no complaints. They are always on time and get the job done right. I use them for carpet cleaning and dinning chairs.

Showed up an hour and a half early appt was at 9am, did not have correct equipment for dryer vent cleaning could not do that job at appt, carpet cleaning they said it was truck mounted but needed to use my house water and still charge full price and tried to up charge for additional at appointment time for pre treatments and stairs, I understand that would be extra however they should know what they are here to do and bring proper equipment this did not happen, I will not pay through my water bill for this to be done, he said it wouldn't be worth it for him and left, I called told the company and they hung up on me, avoid at all costs, unprofessional conduct.

How did the phone call end? The guy says, "That would be stupid, call somebody else." And hung up. I called for a quote for my business, stated I had a 1000 sq feet of office carpet to be cleaned. He said that would be $300. I stated I have his coupon for $69.99 for 2 rooms and a hall. And what was his response, "That would be stupid, call somebody else." I said two sentences and was hung up on.

First of all, I was not asking you to do 1000sf for seventy bucks. But you started calling names and hung up before a discussion could be had. Your ad stated a room was 200sf. Therfore, 2 rooms and a hallway would be roughly 500sf. So if you're charging $70 for 500sf, wouldn't it be safe to assume the charge would be $140 for 1000sf? Or, I could have utilized your coupon that stated 4 rooms and a hall, aka THE EXACT SQUARE FOOTAGE OF MY OFFICE, for $99.95.

I will never find out due to your poor customer service skills and incorrigible business ethic. I would never let a person with this type of character into my home or my business.

Purchased a special off Angie's List for $99 for four rooms. Prepaid. Driver charged an additional $112 including mandatory 24 dollars for pretreatment and a service call - none of which was disclosed on Angie's List. Angie's List customer service claims that even though they took my money to pay the vendor it's my problem. FRAUD ALERT. Avoid this company at all costs.
