The carpets were cleaned to perfection and he was done in no time. He even gave instructions on after care to be sure it dried well after I was gone. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company. I called to get a little more information about their services because of the great reveiws online and was told "I don't have time. You need to call me back a different day, but I don't have time to talk to you." I find this very rude. I certainly will not be calling back. If he did not have time to talk to me, the appropriate thing to do would have been to let the call go to voicemail and call me back at a better time. He did not even ask for my phone number to give me a call back. This is awful customer service, and I am extremely disappointed.
