Tile
Report
Since these maintenance recommendations relate to specific types of ceramic tile floors and walls, the following descriptions can be used to identify the particular tiles used on a project, or existing tile, these tiles have been classified in accordance with the CGSB National Standard CAN/CGSB-75.1M88 for ceramic floor and wall tile and trim units.
Carpet
Report
Carpet is a textile floor covering that is distinguished from the more general term rug by being fixed to the floor surface and extending wall to wall. The earliest peoples covered the floors of their dwellings with animal skins, grass, or, later, woven reed mats. When people learned how to spin cotton and wool, woven mats of these materials largely replaced earlier coverings.
Laminate
Report
Laminate flooring has become a popular choice for many homeowners due to its ability to closely emulate today's most popular hard surfaces, especially hardwood planks and ceramic or stone tiles. Besides the great textures and designs, it offers improved durabilty, easier maintenance and affordability compared to other types of hard surface floors.
Hardwood
Report
Solid wood floors are one solid piece of wood and are generally 3/4 thick. Solid Hardwood Floors are produced from the finest domestic and exotic hardwoods including red & white oak, American cherry, hickory, maple, and Brazilian cherry, and are available in several widths.

Very happy with this family business and how they stand behind their quality of work. Tony is very friendly and I'd hire them again if I needed vinyl installed.

We couldn't be more pleased in choosing Fullerton's to replace all the carpeting in our house. The service was spot-on and we had an amazing installer with attention to the smallest details. Thank you!

What an amazing experience! We had our flooring all set 2 weeks before we moved into our new house. The company I was using called me and said they couldn't do the job in the 4 days they had for the entire downstairs. We had to scramble In the 11th hour to find someone to do our floors. We called Fullerton's and they were awesome! They squeezed us in and got the job done with plenty of time to spare. Needless to say we will be using them again for the upstairs and any other future flooring needs.

This company is both efficient and fast. They carry quality products and have expert installers. Tony Fullerton, who is one of the owners, keeps in contact during the entire process from start to finish. Our project was whole house flooring and the job was finished 2 days ahead of schedule. They are dependable and abide by the original estimate, as promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Fullerton Flooring.

If you are contemplating using this company due to a lower price comparison--STOP NOW! That's why we chose them and we are still "experiencing the savings" today, 10 months later due to MULTIPLE INSTALLER ERRORS! They have NO QUALIFIED INSTALLERS. The NSCB is involved after Fullerton abandoned our job. Everybody in town sells the same products, but NOT everybody can install it properly and that's why other companies may charge more, because their installers are qualified to do the work.

We've had 7 different installers in our house sent by Fullerton who probably came from Craigslist and it's still a mess. Even the son's work had to be ripped up and redone using the diagrams we provided from the manufacturer because he lied to us about industry standards. Previous customers will have all of these same errors as it was done wrong! Don't be fooled. AND don't take my word for it.view all of the pics attached taken by the professional inspector we had to pay $$$ after Fullerton ignored our calls to fix their shoddy work.

The photos speak for themselves. They went so far as to send in phony paperwork to our credit card company trying over and over to get our money. The NSCB has found in our favor. Now we get to have our floors done for a third time, but by an expert floor company! MOVE ON! Check other review sites as well! PS Their response states they fixed all of their errors which is a complete LIE!

They were forced to return some of our monies as they could NOT supply an installer who could do the job correctly. Two years later and all of the laminate installed by the son is buckling up. NICE JOB TONY!

Fullerton flooring has a complete showroom of carpet and hard flooring. Tony, one of the owners, helped us choose a laminate flooring for our entire house. He works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. Tony does the measuring and installation himself. Along with scheduling the appointments and confirming the dates. We would highly recommend Fullerton Flooring for their expert products and installation and great customer service.

Unfortunately, Fullerton was NOT cooperative and tried very hard to scam us. The contractor's board forced them to redo the carpet. They brought out 7 different people that I wouldn't open my front door to had they been going door to door. It took months and months. The installer errors were from Tony's work as he did the drawings for the install.

The baseboards he did personally had to be redone as they were incorrectly installed and started popping loose. A year and a half later, the laminate flooring that was incorrectly installed is coming up in many places. There were unnecessary transitions put in that were due to him not knowing the specifications and over cutting our door frames which must now be repaired. We would definitely recommend against this company.

I been following several flooring stores in Las Vegas for over a year I am looking to redo my home in hardwood and looking to spend a large sum of money. Something here is not right, This company has been around town a long time with only a few reviews on Google. I was thinking of visiting them next month, not now. Now all of sudden they have all these reviews this month on Google.?

Pretty sure they are self reviewing. Think I will stick with my Ye__p reviews where this company is hot and cold. Might be best do your research like I have for the last year before I spend my 20k Also always check everyone's contractors license

Met Jerry and Tony at the Las Vegas home show. Went to their store and picked out several samples to take home. Went back to the shop and finally made a decision. Carpet was installed less than a week after it was ordered. A very pleasant carpet experience. Jerry and Tony were a pleasure to deal with.

Tony installed floors in 2 rooms in our new home. He did a fabulous job. He worked 2 full days; during those 2 days, I think he took a combined total of 30 minutes break, maybe less. I'm extremely pleased with the service we received from Fullerton.

Just wanted to update my review. Since I last posted the carpet has started to come loose in several more different areas. Mind you both my wife, and myself are senior citizens, and the only ones living, and using this house. I have no idea what to do now. How these people can't stand behind their labor after such a short period of time amazes me. Being in my own business for almost thirty years, and a Vietnam era veteran, credibility means something sir. Shame on you Jerry.

Advertises on Angie's list as a repair service. Phoned him today for a job he told me "if I don't own it, I'm not fixing it". Turned me down flat wouldn't help me with another contractor who would. Not good to piss off an architect, wouldn't recommend this "expert"

A contractor helping us with some move-in repairs recommended we go talk to Jerry after we started looking at our options for inexpensive new carpet at the big box stores. Our new house was clad in faded emerald green carpet from one edge to the other, which complemented the pink laminate counters and brass fixtures from 1989 very nicely. We told Jerry our fairly strict budget and showed him a couple samples from our wish list shopping, and he immediately found exactly what we wanted and made the pricing work for us.

Our only potential downside was that it was a to-order color and we had a pretty tight schedule before our move-in date. We agreed that we could likely squeeze the install in before the date and placed the order. The order actually shipped late from the mill (on the other side of the country, needing to travel through tornadoes, the flooding Mississippi, and who knows what else), and we almost panicked. Jerry assurred us he would get it installed the moment it arrived in town, and even had his installer clear his schedule for the expected arrival date.

They went and picked it up from the loading dock the moment it arrived in town and were at our house with it an hour later. The carpet looks fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back to see these guys when the time comes around for new tile in the rest of the house.
