We worked with Jimmy on the project of replacing all the carpet in our common areas to SPC vinyl. Everything turned out so beautifully and we couldn't be happier! The job was finished in 3 days and it made a world of difference! I feel like it's a whole new house. We will definitely be back to VFO when it comes time to redo our bathrooms. Vegas Flooring Outlet, DO NOT use this company for tile work. I used them because of top rating in Vegas; their tile installation was worse than using teenagers. The grout is uneven, the tiles are not leveled, they ruined the kitchen toe kicks. They reduced the stair treds 1.5 below building code. They refuse to fix anything, they got dirty water all over walls and curtains. Had to throw curtains out and they would not pay cost for replacement.

The owner is obnoxious, yelling and screaming at us, he also lies saying he has tiles that he doesn't. I had to contact State Contractors Board because of stairs and kitchen, the store will not follow Notice to Correct issued to them. This is the poorest excuse of a contractor who uses unqualified installers, and crooked sales people.

We are so happy with how our floors turned out. It's beautiful! We chose the SPC vinyl in White Oak. Quoc was very helpful and never pushy during my visits in the showroom. We got a quote with one of the "Big chain" companies but we made a great choice supporting this local business! The pricing is affordable with great quality materials.

We purchased flooring for our entire home at Vegas Flooring Outlet. Communication quality and customer service was excellent. Lai was extremely helpful and professional as well as the floor installers, Eddie and Ruben. They were in our home for 7 days. These young men not only did an exceptional job with the installation, but were considerate, professional and left everything clean. I have zero complaints and will use this company for any future flooring purchase/install.

This company is a delightful pleasure to deal with. I'm staying with local family putting my purchased elsewhere new flooring in my motor home and found one more box to complete the job was needed. I was told by the manufacturing warehouse there was none in stock per the computer. I started calling around and got the feeling a lot of the stores I contacted couldn't be bothered to help until I got Lai at Vegas Flooring.

He gave me a great price and tracked down a box by sending a rep to physically check the manufacture's warehouse. All the trouble with small profit indicates to me that this company takes pride in their business and customers come first.

They do beautiful work for a great price. I had probably 4 - 5 quotes, and their quote was the lowest and included reflooring the bathroom and stairs AND new baseboards (the other quotes were more expensive and didn't include these things which is crazy). LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Brown is before and gray is after.

Exceptional prices with slightly above average work. Some of our baseboard/trim corners don't look the greatest (they had to remove them, and put them back on). However, the floors look great and the communication was great throughout!

My husband and I wanted to get rid of the original, cheap carpet in our house (13 years old). I looked into Vegas Flooring Outlet because of the great reviews. When I went to the storefront to look at my options, Mike was super helpful. He explained the different types of flooring, pricing, and our options, and he wasn't pushy at all. He came out for a super quick measure and got me an estimate quickly; we decided on SPC instead of laminate for its durability.

I was on a tight schedule for installation, and even though there was a small snafu with the materials, Mike made sure that I still had a crew at my place to install everything within my timeline. In fact, the original floors I wanted were on backorder at the manufacturer, so Mike upgraded me to the higher end version for no additional cost. The crew was great, too. Simon, in particular, was very thorough and professional, and I am extremely happy with the end result (before and after photos are attached).

The whole house feels cleaner and brighter with the new floors, and they look fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Vegas Flooring Outlet for anybody looking to have their floors redone.

My husband and I decided to rip out our carpet upstairs and replace it with laminate flooring due to having three dogs. Jimmy was super helpful as the brand and type we wanted was not available at the store, but he was still able to get us the material we wanted. Simon did a really great job with the installation! We are super happy with their service and the work.

We have wanted a "Flowing Wood look Floor "for 5 years. We had trouble making up our minds. Than we went to LVFO.They gave us the best price and great service. Very happy and love those floors.

Just got my floors finished by Vegas flooring outlet. Went from an outdated Spanish orange tile with gray carpet to beautiful waterproof vinyl planks. We did 2000 sq ft so it was quite the project but so worth it! Mike @ the showroom was great. He explained our different options to us and walked us through the whole process.

When I checked out their website I was suspicious that the reviews were fake or paid for, however, after having the vinyl plank floors installed I can vouch that they do fabulous work. They have a large selection to choose from and the price was much lower (for a more expensive product) than several other companies we visited. They were also more. responsive to getting the quote to us (the morning after they measured) -- Lowe's seemed to be under the impression that they were the only flooring company in town and would get the quote to us whenever -- had to call Lowe's 3 times to get the quote.

They did a great job of my house.total innovations from the bottom and up, they wiped out the old tiles and the old carpets, installed laminates wood floor on the 2nd floor and tiles on the 1st floors.took them 4 weeks to finished the 3300sf home.the price was unbeatable.they has a big inventory in stock to selection. Our dogs destroyed the carpet in the rec room so we decided to go with laminate. We wanted something that matched our living room and we need it fast. Jimmy was very nice, very helpful and picked out a perfect match. Even though it wasn't in stock it was ordered in installed in no time at all! The attention to detail is amazing and they were courteous at all times. The sales manager Quoc Luu is a pleasure to work with and is a true gentleman.
