This company was called to do a treatment in my building and I overheard the technician speaking so poorly of me based on my ethnicity. I was completely appalled at this behavior and am disappointed that I have to use this service because of my property management. It's embarrassing that someone so rude and callous is employed here, but based on other reviews, that seems to be a trend. If you expect professionalism, do not use this service EVER!

The service representative Jamiah (hopefully I am spelling her name correctly) is AWESOME! She is friendly, helpful, informative, and super efficient. She assisted me in coordinating a time to get my place serviced, she even took the time to go out of her way to contact my Property Manager on my behalf, and she answered all of my questions and walked me through all of my options with detail! I'd be hard pressed to find a ruder office staff. The pest control guy parked in a no parking zone at my complex, thereby blocking the wheelchair access ramp and blocked a bus of disabled seniors from their normal drop off point. I called the Company's office, reported his truck number and asked them to request that he park in the myriad of available parking spaces rather than parking in a no parking zone.
The woman who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and instructed me to complain to our apartment management as opposed to the company the guy actually worked for. Two hours later, he was back and again parked in front of the building, effectively blocking several disabled people, including myself as I was moving in. I'm a cancer patient currently undergoing chemotherapy.
I'm moving into a new apartment and it would never have crossed my mind to park in front of the building thereby hampering the disabled and senior residents. Once again, I called Mann vs. Pest office and the same rude woman answered the phone. Once again, she instructed me to "complain to the apartment management" as opposed to deal directly with her office.
I asked her if she really wanted me to complain about her company to our management and she replied "Yes!". I'm astounded at how entitled the driver was and at the complete and utter lack of empathy exhibited by the woman who was representing this company. I would avoid them at all costs.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They did a heat treatment, and two spraying. I am still finding bedbugs! On top of that, today was supposed to be my 3rd spraying. They were supposed to arrive between 9am-noon. It is 12:30pm; NO phone call, NO NOTHING! AND it was supposed to be the supervisor coming over! I called, and they literally told me they would have to call me back to find out what was going on.

Would give no stars if it let me. The dogs they use are NOT WELL TRAINED. Today the dog they took to inspect went poop on the rug! The last time the dog they took was too busy eating our service animals food. I am sorry but these dogs are not capable of the job this company has them doing. I do not trust their results because they rely solely on their untrained dogs.
