We've been a Mt Helix customer for years for quarterly pest control at our home in the 92127 area. The service has been excellent and we've had zero bug issues in all the years we've lived here. They are always on time, they call ahead letting us know when they will be here, and always check-up to make sure everything is still great. Highly recommend their service. Wish we could take them with us when we move. They have been one of the best, most reliable services we've ever worked with.

The time frame for us to get ready was unacceptable. I called about my orange tree in patio if it would be covered or not. They assured me as long as it was away from the building it would be fine. Our orange tree is 6ft away, and they covered the tree. Our orange tree is dead, our aloe vera plant that was also 6ft away from the building is dead. They broke a pot, they left some weighted thing that holds down the tent in our patio. Not happy at all with their service! Unfortunately was the HOAs choice to have us fumigated. Horrible!

They came and sprayed for cockroaches after not even 1 week and they care back, didn't want to believe so i waiting to see because it was to soon, called them back and they said they only guarantied they service for 30 days, called 2 days after the 30 days because the they didn't toll me how many days they guarantied there services so now i have pay again for something they didn't even fixed, i guess i got what i payed for, you're better off paying more for better quality service

Laziest group i've ever come across in life. Employed by HOA whom I will complain to as well, but forced to use them for termite work. When winged termites were coming out of the bathroom, inspector would not even stick his head up into the attic to look. Just shined his light up there and said there were really no treatments available. Had to do everything myself.
Highly discourage using them.they are such a waste of my time I probably shouldn't even write this review. I should have reported them to pest control board, but they did come back to redo the inspection and treatment, however, they sent the same guy! Luckily they did better when they came back out, however, I have no more tolerance for this company, if they mess up next time they're being referred straight to the PCB.
