Structural Repairs

Report

Termites consume wooden structures for nutrition, causing structural damage. For this reason, Hi-Tech performs carpentry services to homes and other structures to help eliminate structural vulnerability. During your free termite inspection, your inspector will make note of wood repair that's needed on your structure.

Fumigate

Report

If your inspector discovers heavy infestation in areas that are mostly inaccessible, they may recommend fumigation. Fumigation is a three-day process and dates are set by mutual agreement. You will be given a list of things to complete before fumigation can begin. It is the responsibility of the owners to ensure all pets have been removed (and kept away) during fumigation.

In the event that you desire to have a free home inspection (which I highly recommend) then I recommend Hi-Tech and, in particular, Dave as inspector. In addition, based upon my research, the treatment methods used by Hi-Tech appear to be far more effective than some others (for example, the use of orange oil).

Ray came out and did a detailed inspection (more thorough than the other two companies). He was very sincere and his price was fair. Plus we didn't have to leave the house during the treatment. Frank showed up and did the work.
