Ryan's company did everything necessary to complete the job! When part of the job was not done as promised, he personally came out to finish it! Nothing better than a person who follows through on a job!

I got my roof replaced by this company and it went very poorly. They said the job would take 1 day but it ended up taking 5 days. The initial estimate appears to have been completely unreasonable--perhaps just a way of getting me to sign with them instead of choosing another company. Communication was consistently poor before and during the job. It was difficult to get in touch with the project manager even during the job.

They also left a giant dumpster in front of my garage for 3 days, even at night after they finished for the day, so I couldn't get my car out of the garage and had to use Uber to go places in the evenings. Even when I asked them to remove it and they said they would, it still took them 2 extra days to do so. They also killed one of my plants and left a mess in the yard. I would strongly advise choosing a different company that is more professional and competent than West Coast Roofing.

I hired West Coast Roofing to recoat my roof and while there was a little delay in getting the last touches finished up during their busy season, I was ultimately pleased with the results. Throughout the process I worked with Cesar who was incredibly polite and informative each time he came out. He showed a high level of knowledge and professionalism and even came out a second time to make sure everything was completed with care and ensure the quality of the job. I would recommend West Coast Roofing and will definitely request Cesar in particular the next time I need roofing work. Thanks West Coast!

West Coast Roofing is locally owned, very professional, easy to communicate with (very responsive), and they do excellent work. Their crew works thoroughly and efficiently and the clean up after themselves completely. They did a fantastic job replacing my roof in less than two days. I was kept informed about everything, even during this record setting monsoon season. I highly recommend this business.

4/16/21 - Walked the completed project with Jack Caruthers.he wanted to make sure my expectations were met.and they have been. I always enjoy working with Jack - he is a credit to your company, and has customer service down to a science. I always recommend West Coast when friends, associates ask about roofing companies. As expected, another fine experience with West Coast. Jack Caruthers is always attentive and very quick to communicate. I could not be happier.

As part of our negotiation for our recently completed home purchase, we used West Coast Roofing to perform some significant repair and maintenance on the built up roof of our (new to us) 1968 home. They power washed, corrected improper patches, removed an old evaporative cooler (Significant repairs required at that location as there was standing water under that old unit), lifted and carefully sealed under all support blocks for existing gas supply lines, and electrical conduit to the HVAC unit.

They finished with 2 complete coats of fresh rubberized roof coating material. Top notch workmanship, neat and clean. The crew was very professional, and I have complete confidence that I will not have any issues during the 3 years for which they have covered their work as a warranty. Will absolutely use this company again!

I had an incredible experience dealing with West Coast Roofing. Once contacted, response was near immediate. All the employees I interacted with were respectful. The gentlemen who came out to do the job, Dave and Nick, were polite, knowledgeable, professional and their communication was remarkable. Dave explained everything to me prior to performing the work and did so again after, the work was completed. Dave and Nick are superb representatives of the company. Company was easy to work with and reasonably priced. Not going to climb up on the roof to check, so will assume a good job was done.( only the monsoons will tell!) Some slight damage was done to the front of the carport but we were fairly compensated for that.

Great service from these guys. On time for appt's and fast efficient repairs on our roof.
