Critical: Responsiveness I had my roof done with this company and I regret it. First they have zero quality control. They never inspect roof after it's done. So I have to pay for an inspector. Second they are very unresponsive. You'll be on your own if you use these people for your roof. I advise not to use this company so you won't regret.

These roofers were awesome! From the start of our estimate to the clean up afterwards they were professional, timely and gave us a high quality roof! They also did a great job cleaning up after. I highly recommend them for roofing and gutters!

Wow! So impressed with this company! I had a pretty major flooding issue and had 3 different companies come over to price out the job. Grant came out and spent an hour looking over the problem, came up with several different ideas and quickly gave me an estimate. They were able to schedule me in within a week (all the other companies were 3+ weeks out).

They showed up on time and finished the job (an extensive French drain, new metal retaining wall, and metal bordered flower bed) within 3 days. He also did an amazing job running interference with a cranky neighbor! Grant was there each day and kept a close eye on the project. He was flexible in his design and listened to me when I had suggestions, additions, or changes.

His team worked tirelessly digging the French drain trench and were polite and respectful of my (and my neighbor's) property. I can't wait for the next big rain! In addition to this job, I asked him if he could take a look at a roof for one of my buyer clients & he took time out of his Thanksgiving weekend to go out and give an assessment and estimate for the roof replacement.

As we were on a tight schedule (our option period was up in 3 days) his timeliness was so helpful! TWT was not the cheapest estimate but I really think you get what you pay for and they truly exceeded my expectations! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

What an awesome team and experience! It started out odd as someone came to my door which I normally don't answer but thought ok why not as I saw a company logo on his truck and quickly checked online for reviews and everything looked good. We got a quick estimate for hail storm damage to our roof and they did the work promptly and in 1 day! They tore off the entire roof and replaced it in the same day!

How awesome! Now yes it was very loud inside but that is expected and I was warned ahead of time as zi work from home but was super happy with the installed the follow up and the entire experience that Brian Price provided!

I just had my roof replaced by TWT. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Brian was with me every step of the way. From filing the claim, working with the adjuster, to scheduling the work and seeing it through. Everyone was great, and I'm very happy with my new roof!

Brian and his team worked on my roof and painted a ceiling after a leak. He always communicates with me in a timely manner and is clear about next steps on both projects. His team worked around my family and schedule.

TWT built us an outdoor living space - gabled covered patio addition (attached to roof), with flagstone, railings and electrical (4 recessed lights and fan). They were amazing! I highly recommend. Keith was super responsive, and from our perspective, the project came in on time and on-budget -minus a concrete surprise we found after demolition started. Keith and his team were honest, cared about what we wanted and did everything to bring our vision to life.

Their roofing experience was a big plus for us as the patio cover was being attached to the roof. They showed up when they said they would, had a plan and a sequence as to how the work would be done, and we were kept abreast every step of the way. Everything happened the way they said it would - such a pleasure to work with! I would work with them again.

Keith and team at TWT did an excellent job on our backyard renovation. The project was completed on time and for the exact amount quoted. Keith was very responsive and easy to get ahold of when needed, and his work crew was very professional. The addition integrates very well with our existing roof line and looks like it was always part of the house. We'll be enjoying our new deck and screened patio for many years to come. I met Keith five years ago when we were looking at a house and he very kindly came over and inspected the tile roof and gave us a very competitive bid for all the exterior landscaping and renovations. We did not get that house but I remembered how conscientious, great, attentive and wonderful he was to work with, even though he didn't make anything from us.

When we needed to repaint and get some exterior renovations done to our home, the first person I thought of to get a quote from was Keith. Their team was excellent. Not only was the exterior painting done quickly and well but it was by far the best price I found out of several quotes. We have had house painted before but we have never experienced such exemplary service, conscientious work, they went over one side several times because the sun and stucco kept absorbing the paint, quick turn around time, and at such an amazing price.

We finally found and are renovating a new house and you can bet who the first person I will call to work on the exterior paint and get a quote from. Thank you Keith for such a great experience and we look forward to working with you again!

We worked with Keith and TWT to completely redo and paint our siding and install a brand new deck. Keith and team did a great job and hit the originally agreed upon price. Keith was always available and responsive (we've had issues with that in past with other contractors). We were very pleased with our experience and highly recommend TWT.

Keith was phenomenal. He was quick at responding, overly communicative, called exactly when he said he would and was very helpful. He was able to give expert help for our roof leak and we're so thankful we found him!

We were looking to have our front walkway done with stone to be more elegant. In addition the walkway around the back and side of our house was an old walkway with stone, wood and rotting railroad ties. Keith was exceptional about coming out personally to give me a bid and help me avoid some pitfalls. He explained pricing options and brought samples.

I probably made a couple of major changes to the original bid that Keith gladly updated. TWT's team are very good. They did exceptional work and we are very happy with the results. If you're looking for stone or concrete walkways, please give Keith and his team a call.

We hired TWT to come in and patch some bad roofing done by a prior contractor, and also to help slope our flat roof for drainage. Keith and his team were extremely professional, were willing to work with us on budget and completed the job on time and did great work! Highly recommend using TWT. After being burned by nearly 6-7 different contractors on our home remodel, TWT was by far the best we've worked with.

We had Keith and crew tear out our extremely old deck in NW Austin and replace it with a lovely new, two-tiered deck. On top of that, they installed new french doors that sorely needed replacing! The work is great -- they built us an entirely custom seating area on the upper level of the deck and two sets of stairs down into the yard. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the outcome, but the work did take longer than expected. Keith was easy to work with and would get back to us right away on all our questions. We would certainly use him again should the need arise and would definitely recommend TWT Exteriors.

My wife and I just finished an outdoor kitchen with TWT Exteriors. After shopping with other contractors, we chose Keith and his team because of their experience, skill, and guarantee that everything would be done right. In the end, they delivered on all promises and we're super happy with the result. They even handled all the electrical and permitting -- something not all contractors do.

When we bought our house, the one thing we didn't like was the small patio. Keith came out and suggested a few ideas we hadn't even considered. We knew he was the right guy for the job when he brought an architect to create 3D models and drawings to show exactly what the finished product will look like. Needless to say, we were super impressed.

Our project involved extending our existing patio, building a limestone L-shaped outdoor kitchen area, pouring a concrete countertop with a bar, building a stone backsplash, installing a 42 inch gas grill + separate Kamado Joe X-Large Smoker, installing a ceiling fan, adding drainage, extending our retaining wall, and pouring a new concrete pad to create a gated area for our garbage cans on the side of the house.

We finished the project on-time and on-budget. At the end, the city inspector even told us he was impressed with the stonework/masonry because it was 100% level throughout. He said that's not normal to see at all! If you're considering building an outdoor kitchen or any type of concrete work, I wholeheartedly recommend TWT Exteriors. You'll get a high quality fit and finish without breaking the bank.

We had Keith Wright come by and give an estimate for our roof. He was knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable price for a new roof. His team did a great job and finished in a day. We are very pleased with the product and the aesthetics. We chose to use TWT again for new siding and a paint job after the roof turned out so nicely. The siding definitely takes longer as to be expected. There were a couple things we pointed out and it was fixed quickly. We would recommend them for home roofing or siding job!
