Phillip was great and very straightforward with me. I initially had them come out for something completely different, but he let me know that my water heater was way older than I thought. It was installed improperly and was becoming hazardous to my home. He relayed that I should have it replaced asap and was able to come back the same day. I really appreciate the promptness and knowledge he had. Great company!

Just fantastic from first phone call to spotless finish. Rick (and his trainee) was knowledgable, hard working, a very good communicator, and totally professional. Both were Smiling while digging down 5 feet in the rain to fix sprinkler inflow and drain valves which were rusted and broken. Firm price quote up front after a free estimate. Really super on an all day job. Check them out.

Gage and Van were awesome! They came in wearing masks and i didn't realize they had to wear them unless the customer says they don't need to, which they didn't in our home. They were professional, did the job quickly, no mess, no fuss. Toilet was unclogged to the main line. They were the fastest to respond and they had the job done quickly. They were very nice, respectful, wore shoe protectors, and the price was great! I will always use their service! Thank you!

I recently used Plumbing Solutions to replace a leaky sink faucet. The technicians were very nice and did a great job. The reason I am only giving three stars is because of the price point of $695 to replace a faucet. Labor took maybe an hour. The cost faucet cost $200 I was told, however the invoice does not indicate what portion was material and what was labor. Another reason for the three star rating.

Plumbing Solutions is the best! Their scheduler was great and explained the whole process. Rolando showed up on time gave me a price and installed a new hose bib outside. He was engaging, efficient and explained the process well. He cleaned up after himself and explained some other problems he found in my older plumbing system. Great experience!

Rolando helped to replace some water shut off valves that were old and leaking. He was quick, courteous, and explained everything clearly. He had also previously came to give an estimate for a larger project that we decided to forego due to other considerations. He wore "booties"in the house-shoe coverings to ensure our home stayed clean as well! Each time I have worked with the company, they have over-communicated, always kept me in the loop, and we're very professional. I receive a call as well as text and email with our appointment and to let me know when someone is on their way. Highly recommended.

We noticed that the water from our 12 year old hot water heater was not warming the water as usual, so we contacted Plumbing Solutions as we have done for many years for our plumbing support. The one receiving my phone request was very polite and helpful in arranging the appointment. The plumbing technician (Jerry) arrived at the scheduled time, and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and detailed in discussing the problem and options with our water heater. Jerry was thorough with providing information on all of the latest code requirements and best/quality components related to a current water heater installation.

Due to the maximum average years for this water heater, we decided to go with a new replacement. Jerry was very efficient with getting the water heater and updated install components replaced that same afternoon. During old water heater removal, Jerry noticed and brought to my attention a small amount of water draining from one of the pipes feeding the water heater.

He asked if we had been noticing any problems with a single handled faucet, like maybe the shower faucet. I said that we were experiencing concerns with a shower faucet, and random/periodic water from the shower head. Anyway, Jerry had the necessary part on his truck to help with the shower faucet as well. Jerry was very efficient and professional for the entire process, and we appreciate the years of great service and reliability of the Plumbing Solutions group.

I had my main water line break that leaked into my crawlspace. Jerry and Rolando did a fantastic job locating the leak, excavating, replacing the main line, and clean up. Beyond the quality/profession work I truly appreciated the time spent to explain the process and their knowledge on remediation/insurance claims. This is my team for all future business, all went exactly as explained from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Greg systematically located the cause of a long standing washing machine drain clog. Cut out the problem pipe and replaced it. Kept the mess under control and waited until he was sure there were no leaks. Don't know what a good value is for this job so did not Mark that box. But if it stays dry, I will certainly consider this a good value.
