Thank you Paul J. You are right. Meridian plumbing should be everyone's first choice in plumbing issues. I called and Galen did not hesitate to come and fix my plumbing issue after 5:00 p.m. Galen is very much a Top professional. He was on time, and fixed my issues in plumbing and explained from the start what he needed to do. Thank you Galen, my family appreciated your friendliness and professional demeanor from the start.

So happy with the customer service and work performed by this great company. Had to have a new compression tank and water softener installed, while here It was discovered that the plumbing under the house needed repairs. At every step we were informed and explained the repairs that were necessary and costs. The plumber was so friendly and relatable.

We called Meridian Plumbing to complete a number of jobs at our home that included much needed repairs as well as toilet and sink installations. Dan came out to assess the situation and give us a free estimate. We felt that he really listened and did not try to upsell us on any additional services. When he returned to complete the work, it was done quickly and professionally (with no surprises that would cause us to exceed our budget). Dan Caruso, of Meridian Plumbing, responded quickly to my call and got to my home promptly. He diagnosed the issue fast and was able to resolve the problem and recommend the next course of action. Dan was honest about the severity of the issue, and his insight into what the next steps should be were very much appreciated. Good company, friendly plumber with excellent judgement on the replacement of my w/d water panel. Careful attention to detail and a superb job completed w/new faucets & drain panel assembly. Reasonable price and they exceeded my expectation on scheduling coming out the same day (an unexpected problem finding after moving out the washer so new flooring could be installed). Meridian Plumbing was already on my preferred vendor list and for good reason as I certainly appreciate their exceptionally great work.

The plumber, Riley, arrived on time, was very polite, and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I needed valve work replacement, new valves put into the kitchen walls and he did an outstanding job. I felt very comfortable knowing he knew what to do to fix the problem. He had to go. under the crawl space in my house and was so gracious about everything. He was very positive, professional and just a nice person to represent Meridian Plumbing. I will definitely recommend Meridian Plumbing to everyone who needs a good plumber.

Service not listed Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. His easy going approach and genuine personality is a strong quality. It's almost like he is part of our family while he is here working. He has has alot of integrity and let's you know exactly what you need to know about the situation. Also his leadership skills are on par with showing how to teach the next generation how it's done.while Joe was with him at our house he was very detailed oriented on explaining to Joe how to do things Kudos to you Dan! Wade did a great job converting our bathroom for two sinks and installing a new toilet and facets. He is very professional and easy to work with. His work is completed in a timely manner and with a clean professional finish. We are very happy with his work and will call him again the next time we need something! We've had Meridian Plumbing re-pipe the entire plumbing system in our house and, a couple of years after that, handle the installation of all the fixtures associated with complete remodels of both our bathrooms. Working with MP on those projects was a very positive experience both in terms of the people we worked with and the results, so we didn't hesitate to call them when we decided to have a new toilet installed. Wade, the plumber who came out and did the installation, didn't disappoint.

He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional and efficient and did an excellent job. I'll continure to recommend MP to anyone looking for a proficient plumber and quality results.

We needed to have our entire 2 story house repiped due to aging pipes. We called and were able to have Galen from Meridian Plumbing come out and give us a free quote right away. After getting other bids, we went with Meridian Plumbing. They were able to get our repiping job on their schedule pretty quickly considering its size. Galen and Trip arrived on time every day and kept us in the loop as the job went on.

They were extremely considerate, did careful, quality work and went above and beyond to help us get the desired result for our job! The total cost also came in as quoted - no unhappy surprises - huge plus! We waited for the plumbing inspection before leaving this review and the inspector had nothing but compliments for the quality work as well. Very happy we went with Meridian Plumbing and Galen. Recommend them highly!

Galen came out on a service call for a Kinetico unit. Although they don't service these, he was polite and professional and did not charge us for our own error (we should have called Kinetico). We will definitely call Galen in the future for any plumbing needs.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and my garbage disposal wasn't working properly. I called Meridian Plumbing without knowing anything about them. Galen was the technician and Adrian was his apprentice. They were both very professional. I appreciated their thoroughness and their skill. I will definitely use Meridian Plumbing in the future.

There are many good plumbers in the Boise area, we think Meridian Plumbing is the best. We have used Meridian Plumbing for more than 15 years. They are exceptional. This time, Gaylen, came out to help us with a leak in the water system. It turned out to be a corroded pipe which was a simple repair. We have a recirculating hot water system in the house and we can not live without it.

We own another house and will have one installed there as well. Gaylen was terrific, like all the Meridian folks. Everyone who has worked on an issue for us have demonstrated their knowledge and expertise in solving plumbing problems. We would never use anyone except Meridian Plumbing.

Dan was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest in the assessment of my water softener problems, and earned our trust by providing our needed services as promised to a "T". He took extra effort to explain very clearly what we need to know to keep our system operating at peak efficiency. He represented Meridian Plumbing as being highly efficient, honest, and professional.

Dan is professional, reliable and informative. We had a small leak in our pipe and he came the next day and fixed the leak immediately. Dan is THE MAN! I have been using meridian plumbing for 4 years now. They are timely, quick to have a service man come out and very reasonable and transparent with pricing. Dan is our go-to guy with his friendliness and amazing work ethnic. Dan has great knowledge and is very good at telling you what you need vs do not need. He is great for giving options based on your budget. I never feel pressured to do anything with Dan. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had Dan out recently to replace/upgrade our water heater and install a new water softener. He was timely, respectful, communicated along the way, and was a joy to work with! Personable, Professional and Fast. We had no idea who to call and did a search for plumbers in the area and Meridian Plumbing had really good reviews. Brian (really, really nice guy) came out and repaired a few issues in our house.

I called Saturday morning for a problem with our shower faucet handle which had broke. Dan came out within a few hours and installed a new handle after running to the store to purchase a new one as he did not have the old style in his truck.

After several homes in our neighborhood had leaks and floods due to the gray polybutyl water pipes that had used in the homes in the late 80s, we decided to take a preventive step and have the potentially bad piping replaced.

I had a broken pipe at an elbow going to a shower head inside a bathroom wall. I called Meridian Plumbing to get it repaired and spoke to a nice receptionist that scheduled the repair for the next day which I requested.

Nothing like coming home on a Sunday afternoon and seeing water dripping out of a ceiling light on to your wood floor. Joe and Brian from Meridian Plumbing were there to help us through the immediate problem, then Jeff and Dan were able to help us with our long term repair decisions.
