First time using this company to have my new home cleaned. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with the process. I would definitely recommend this service to others!

Do not recommend. We made the mistake to pay them cash for deep cleaning in a vacant home. When I went and checked it out my version of deep cleaning is clearly not their version of deep cleaning. There wasn't much to move around. I thought maybe the bathroom would be deep cleaned. You're better off doing it yourself. This is what $225 gets you with this company. DO NOT USE THEM! Just flush your money down the toilet. That may get your toilets cleaned out better.

B&B showed up & performed a great cleaning service for my client! We had to book last minute to fit his schedule and the scheduling process was seamless. This business was very responsive and all of the ladies worked their magic to make it happen in a 1 day turnaround time. My client was thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. Would highly recommend!

Scheduled twice with Brittany. Failed the initial appointment on April 11th. Rescheduled for the Monday after Easter, text confirmation. Brittany put my appointment down for the 25th. She then blamed me for her errors. Got disrespected when I opined that B&B was obviously too disorganized. Apparently they don't like cleaning for homes of POC

Last week was our second time using B&B Maids and they are incredible! We hired them both times to do a deep clean and the price was very reasonable. Our house was SPOTLESS both times, the employees were so nice, and they were able to get us in with only a few days notice. Not to mention it only took 3ish hours to deep clean our entire home (5 bedrooms, 2 stories). I would recommend them highly!

Stole $400 from my elderly mother. Said they would fix it and never did. She had to call the bank to get it fixed. Check your statements make sure they are not stealing from you.

I don't even know where to begin! Norma and 2 other ladies came and did a deep clean on our house. ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC JOB! We have 4 kids, a long haired dog, and full time work schedules.needless to say, they had their work cut out for them! They were super sweet, and did not mind my 3 year old bugging them to help. Team 10 (Carmen & Norma) have cleaned our house for several years. They are the best! Always do a very professional, thorough cleaning in the most cheerful manner. They clearly enjoy making a house shine and smell so good! Their attention to detail is matched by no other service I've used in the past, and I tried several before I met Alan (who is also the only cleaning service who came to my house before giving me a quote). DO NOT USE B&B Maid Service! I made arrangements to have my vacant home cleaned in a phone conversation with Allan Nascimento. He touted the fact that they are bonded and insured and told me what the service included and what it didn't. The day before they were to clean my home, I hadn't heard anything so I contacted them. Guess what? They denied the appointment had been made and called me a liar--saying that I never talked to Allan Nascimento. I have his number on my phone and I wouldn't make this up. They have no integrity and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Avoid these people!

I've used this cleaning company for about 4-5 months now and there's been some turnover with their cleaning staff which is frustrating. I've also had billing issues where they've charged my card when they weren't supposed to and now they charged my card again when I've given them a new card so there just seems to be a lot of problems with their office management and organization.

I spend a lot of time contacting the office and trying to get things corrected that are not cleaned too. I'm hoping to get things worked out with this cleaning business and I think they do a good job cleaning but all the administrative problems have been a headache. I've attached photos of the most recent cleaning for the bathroom sinks that are never really cleaned well just wiped out but there's always residue left behind that I have to clean myself.

So again it's a good cleaning but not an excellent cleaning service. I continually have to send pictures and ask for things to be fixed but they do usually fix things but it's just unfortunate I have to constantly be in communication with them to have these things fixed. Hopefully they'll get things worked out and I'll have to contact the office less and I can edit my review but at this time I'm very frustrated.

We used B&B for a one time "spring cleaning" with a $199 special they ran earlier this year. The crew was prompt and professional and did a nice job - not a deep clean but definitely worth $199 for a larger home. I will use them again!

Wow. I moved into my new home 2 and a half years ago. After Alan's amazing team left today, I felt like it walked into a brand new house again! Amazing job today. I'd give 6 stars if I could. I'm truly amazed at how great a job they did!

We've been using B&B for several years and have been quite pleased with their biweekly service. In several years certainly we've had a few issues, mostly around something not being cleaned adequately, but a quick email to Allan and the problem is always solved and responses are prompt. I highly recommend them and will continue my relationship with them into the foreseeable future.

I highly recommend B&B Maid Service. I have used this service for about a year now. They do a very thorough job. When I spot check to determine how well the cleaning crew did, I always check the bathrooms. For me clean bathrooms are the most important part of a clean house. And B&B Maid Service never disappoints - my bathrooms are spotless! Not only do they clean and sanitize, but they also pay attention to little details. They leave the tissue boxes and toilet paper like they do in nice hotels. It is absolutely wonderful to come home to a clean house after working all day!

Alan's team of cleaning professionals are by far the best that I have ever used. They are neat, clean and always on time and very thorough.
