Edwin is a wonderful plumber, we are so lucky to have found him! He is responsive to service requests and after working with him for two years he knows our house very well. He will always help remind us how to shut off the water when the temps start to get below freezing and has even offered to help walk us through simple fixes when he can't come out right away. He is knowledgeable, courteous, very professional, and truly cares about the work he does. Best plumbing service ever!

We use Chicagoland Quality Plumbing for all of our plumbing issues/needs and have for some time. Excellent service and accommodating when there's an issue that is time sensitive. We've had minor stuff fixed, sump pumps replaced, water lines put in for the freezer ice machine, etc. All have been pleasant experiences and holding up perfectly. Would recommend!

Edwin has been one of the most professional, capable, kind and honest service contractors we've used since becoming homeowners! His willingness to problem solve some strange plumbing choices made by the previous owners of our vintage bungalow has helped us solve some kitchen issues and upgrade to a new dishwasher that now drains and works properly! Edwin is very prompt in his responses, efficient and thorough in his work, and just a kind person to interact with! We had a really unique situation where our kitchen sink disposal was backing up into our guest shower-talk about gross. Edwin handled it very professionally. He found the root of the problem, corrected it, and gave us easy maintenance directions to prevent it from happening again. We have since used Edwin for a few other things that have popped up. Edwin with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing did a great job for us. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. He replaced the toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and all the shower hardware. It was a pretty big job and he worked until the job was finished- until nearly 5PM despite it being the day before Christmas Eve. I highly recommend Edwin and Chicagoland Quality Plumbing

We've had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren't able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That's when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn't find a plumber.
I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Chicagoland Quality Plumbing is amazing. I highly recommend them. They are professional and know what they're doing. I called 4 other plumbers before I could find someone who could install my Aquasana Whole House water filtration system. Edwin was not only knowledgeable, but he was also professional, efficient and creative. When I say creative, I mean that he had to work around the challenges of my 120 year old house to fit the pipes properly. In the end he did a great job and he took the time to show me how to use it properly.

Edwin is the 3rd plumber I've used across the last 5 years and he will be the only plumber I will be using moving forward.
