They did a wonderful job with my walls in my new townhouse! They came to give me my estimate in a timely manner and got me on their books in great time. They even worked with my tentative move in date to get the job done sooner. The one complaint I had was not getting an arrival time for the start date to know when to let them into my property and were not super proactive on getting my colors, but were very quick and responsive when I did reach out. Other than that, I have only good things to say. Everyone I interacted with throughout my project was very kind and professional.

I absolutely loved working with this company! I actually saw one of their trucks on the highway and took the number down and called them immediately. I had a horrible experience with another company that did not finish the job. I explained to them that I needed my ceiling painted in the kitchen and family room. They were amazing from the first call with scheduling my quote to meeting Val, the project manager.
They arrived on time and the plus was that it was a crew of mostly women! Yay girl power. They did a phenomenal job, I'm actually glad the other company did not work because I would have missed this awesome opportunity to work with The Carpentry & Painting Company. They really lived up to their motto, "Let us impress you", well I was pretty impressed. Thank you so much!

This was the second time working with the Carpentry and Painting Expert. It was a joy working with Valentin and his crew. We had to reschedule and change the scope of work several times, Valentin was extremely helpful, flexible, patient and courtesy adjusting the schedule and modifying the estimate. When the painting finally started his crew did an excellent job, were always professional, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. High recommend.

We hired them to do some miscellaneous repairs, such as replacing some rotting railing on our deck. They were fast and efficient, but thorough at the same time. Also patient with me when I had questions and took the time to explain things. I appreciated how responsive they were. There was some painting involved as well, and one item was left out of the estimate (no one thought about the fact that it would need painting), and they took care of that at no cost because they wanted it done right and to be consistent with everything else. I really appreciated that.

We had some siding that was on angle on the apex above our front door that was uneven and needed to be repaired. Carpentry & Paint came out, gave me a proposal, I accepted and the repair was done. Their motto is "Give Us A Chance To Impress You" and they did! Great work, exactly what I wanted done. Excellent communication. Highly recommend. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience! We had our downstairs baseboards and molding replaced, our entire interior of our house painted including trim and ceilings and our kitchen cabinets painted. Delightful people to deal with, very polite and cleaned thoroughly before leaving every day. Bill Kohl was a great project manager and always responded quickly. Can not say enough good things about this company. We will definitely use them for future projects! Our house looks amazing!

My neighbor recommended the Carpentry and Painting Experts for repairing my front porch and outside painting, I contacted the company and Bill Kohl the project manager came out to my house and took some notes. I received a quote the next day and Bill came back the day his employees started their work. He was available for questions whenever I had questions. I highly recommend them!

This company employs people who pay attention to detail. The interior painters were punctual, friendly and professional. This was a project that took about 7 hours to complete. It required painters with patience because of where the work was located (up carpeted stairs and around door jambs). They left the area tidy and free of any debris. Now I wish I had more areas painted because everything has a fresh and glossy look now. Eddie and Jennifer worked independently yet communicated often.

The Carpentry & Painting Experts replaced our front door, repaired sub-flooring and painted the new door and trim. We were very impressed with services provided to us at our home by Tim and his crew. They sent knowledgeable representatives to inspect the job before preparing an estimate. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The company kept us informed concerning job status. We used the Carpentry and Painting Experts to replace a few sideboards and front porch columns. They gave us a fair price. They started the project pretty much on time (weather delays) and finished quickly. We had a small issue with the placement of our columns but that was fixed the next day and they look great. I was initially worried about color matching the replacement sideboards to the rest of the house, but it looks seamless. We are happy with their professionalism and responsiveness.

This company refinished (painted) our kitchen cabinets. All work was done on site as they set up a temporary spray booth in my garage. They did a EXCELLENT job with great attention to the small details. A special shout out goes to Yoan the lead man on this project, he was fantastic! I would highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

Everyone I talked to had a friendly and professional attitude, and they were very helpful in addressing my concerns. Most of the work has been siding and painting related, and I highly recommend them for that kind of work.

The Carpentry and Painting Experts did a great job! I hired them to paint and caulk the outside of my home. They were extremely professional. They had to come back a couple times because of weather delays and they kept me up to date. They went above and beyond. I plan to have them back for my interior work as well. I highly recommend them.

Valenti and the construction crew were prompt and professional. They did a nice job on the framing and answered all my questions. They even went the extra mile to suggest doors under the eaves even when it meant extra work for them. They were a pleasure to work with and I would use them again for future projects. It was a pleasure working with everyone at The Carpentry & Painting Experts. The Sales Rep. Val was great. He was patience in helping me find the expect paint color I was seeking. I had several rooms and ceilings done. The crew was professional, friendly and on time. It's hard to find a company with great customer service and listens to the client. We had this company replace an exterior patio door. Tim was helpful in helping me decide which door to get and explained all the steps that would be door. The team that came out to remove the old door and install the new door was professional and did amazing work. This team is phenomenal! I used them a couple of time on different parts of my house to repair the wood siding. The work was so efficient it made me feel like I could do it myself.but of course, I can't! But that's how quick they were and it was an impeccable job. I had a lot of questions and Val was prompt in answering them. The 2nd time I used them, Val came to inspect the work his guys did and felt it could have been slightly better so his guys came back a few days later to improve the job. They are very thorough and I will DEFINITELY use them again if needed in the future.

I cannot say enough to express my total satisfaction with my recent experience with The Carpentry & Painting Experts. Starting from the day Martin arrived at my home to discuss and provide me with an estimate to have some interior trim work installed and painted to the equally impressive professionalism and efficiency received from office manager Michelle to the excellent craftsmanship provided by the carpentry and painting teams.

I don't know if this organization incompetent or doesn't value customer service, but they kept me waiting for 30 mins and then didn't even bother to show up. Especially annoying since I had called to confirm 30 mins before meeting and was told everything was on schedule. If I hadn't have gotten frustrated and gone home, I doubt they would have contacted me and I could have been waiting there even longer.
Just left me wondering, if they are this careless with the estimate, what will the actual work look like? Definitely would not recommend for any work or even consulting, as they obviously have some trouble just showing up.
