Blue Chip restoration was amazing! I am a real estate agent and desperately called Blue Chip with time sensitive questions about an stressful situation with a house I was helping a client buy. Don had a full schedule but fit me in asap and came out to take a first hand look so that he could answer my questions with the most accuracy. He took the time to explain what he found and the different causes and solutions, shared a wealth of knowledge and sent me a report and estimate for resolving the issue. It was crucial for the sale of this home and he was incredibly helpful. I will absolutely recommend Blue Chip restoration to all my clients.

As a general contractor, we need someone reliable and trustworthy to refer our clients to when a disaster hits. Bluechip has been that company for us, and we would recommend them to anyone in need of emergency repairs or renovations. We've had the pleasure of doing dozens of projects with them over the years, and can't imagine calling anyone else.

The workers did a good job with the remediation and the dry wall repair; however, the owner, or manager, was very unprofessional throughout the process and the job took well over a month to complete (scheduling to completion). This was not a large job. Furthermore, the workers damaged some property and the owner/manager replied very sarcastically stating that basically we could afford to replace what was broken ourselves.

This is just to name some of the issues throughout the process. When I called to address some of the issues, the boss/manager indicated that we should have just used another company (unprofessional). Unacceptable customer service. The only reason I would give two stars is because the workers actually did quality work on the repair. **Work completed at F. H. Jenkins Preparatory School

Bluechip did a crawl space "encapsulation" for us on a 50 year old building in Nashville. Don and everyone on his team that we came in contact with was professional and very responsive. Most importantly, they did everything they said they would do on a timely basis. This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with! Most of these reviews must be from friends and family because I have never known someone to call and text their customers being belligerent and telling them they don't want their business just because Don claims he showed up at my property and no one was there when in fact there was! As a professional with several business ownerships in my family, we would NEVER conduct business this way! Very unprofessional and upsetting. Would not recommend! Clearly there is more too it. either he never showed up or he doesn't have the expertise to complete the job!

Avoid this company at all costs! They quoted me a price for a kitchen remodel. After they had done the demolition the quote suddenly almost doubled. They then agreed to finish the walls and floors for about half their original quote. The work they did was acceptable for the most part - but when I questioned some ridiculous overcharges on my final invoice and asked for receipts to justify the charge, instead of responding they filed a mechanic lien in my house for an inflated amount, forcing me to hire a lawyer to deal with them. We have come to a settlement but they never were able to justify their overcharges. Horrible business people. Be warned!

Wow. Service, quality, and turnaround time all unmatched. This is a company that works with you with your best interest in mind. Blue chip's prices were better than the competition, but that wasn't the reason we hired them. We hired them because of recommendations from other customers I happened to come across. We had a massive mold problem under our recent purchase and now it looks new under there. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my crawl space.

Don is an expert when it comes to mold knowledge, best practices, and remediation. He works hard to do the job right, the first time, and is not afraid to tell you the full problem and potential consequences--no sugar-coating. I would trust Don to do work in my house, and would refer him to anyone that asks.
