We had a major water damage on February 20th 2018. We called them after the plumber came out and fixed the leaking issue. They set up dryer fans and took immediate action. The repair process was a little rocky with them. The original person whom was in charge was bad at communicating with us and his crew. It took a while for the repair process to begin.

He hard a hard time lining people up to get the job done. The original guy left things incomplete for some time. As soon as the manager heard about our issues he came in and finished everything immediately. He was fantastic. To make up for the time it took for the work to be finished he went above an beyond. He had his company come in and deep clean my house and restore my carpets.

My house has never looked better! He even took some things off of our to do list. He repaired a unrelated hole in my wall, fixed my railing in my hall and painted my kitchen. This company has redeemed themselves with me and has gone beyond my expectations. The believe in customer service. I would recommend using this company to anyone, just ask for Micheal!

Most recently, TIER installed an interior french drain in my house. Alex came out to my house through all stages of the project. He even did a final walk through and decided that he was not satisfied yet and told me he would send his guys out to bring it to his standards.

I can't stress how rare this is. Until working with Alex and TIER, I had not found a company in Nashville that I trusted. They are the only company in Nashville I would feel comfortable recommending to a friend.
