Floorscape went above and beyond all expectations. The quality of work is impeccable. Through out the whole process Collin and his team were very pleasant, helping were always curious of our time. They never left a mess. We will use Floorscape a for all our future home remodeling.

Everyone at Floorscapes was terrific. Joe who came to our home and walked us through different flooring types, styles, sizes, etc until we found the right fit for our home; the installation team who moved our furniture with care and laid the flooring quickly and with attention to detail; the people on the phone who patiently answered all our questions.

Frustrated and disappointed best describes our experience with Floorscapes. The $18k bill we paid to retile just the rooms in our home does not match the quality of service we received from this company. We brought up several issues during install (damaged walls and furniture, scratched appliances, broken new baseboards, mistakes in tiling, etc.) and their response was always "sorry, sometimes that happens." They were shocked to find out that the contractor had to fire his helper because there was more harm than good being done.

We understand that Floorscapes don't have total control over their contractors, but the way they handled it is the reason we recommend against using them. UPDATE: Management was unaware of the issues that we experienced during install. The project manager, Colin, reached out to us and was very perceptive and willing to resolve our concerns. This improved our overall experience with Floorscapes and my advice to others is that if you are having issues with your project, to not hesitate in reaching out to the management at Floorscapes - they are very understanding and care about their customers' satisfaction.

I am SO happy with my "pebble pathway" and carpet from FLOORSCAPES! From my first visit to their wonderful store with all the stone and tile samples and carpet room, I was enchanted. Joseline was so helpful and patient with me as I designed and selected materials. There were a few glitches, but all was made well. The installers for both the tile and carpet are artists!

With all the curves, and my wish that the 'path' not be a 'trimmed lawn' look, I'm sure it was not an easy job, and yet it was done quickly and perfectly! I absolutely LOVE my floors! Thank you, Joseline, Al, Elec, Abraham, Chris, and Jesus!

I have been extremely pleased with the products and service I have received at Floorscapes / Albuquerque. I worked with Nathan Starkovich twice once for tile and recently for new carpeting. He is delightful to work with. Very professional, kind, and a good listener, very helpful at all stages of the projects. The two teams of installers on both projects were amazing. Hard working, careful, did a great job, cleaned up after the job. Chris and Abraham this last week were great. Thank you so much.

The entire staff at Floorscapes were great to work with and they did a fabulous job. Colin was very polite and professional and made awesome recommendations for choosing the right carpet for my home. Service was faster than expected and all questions were promptly answered. Installation crew did a great job and ensured everything was cleaned up before leaving. My new carpet is beautiful! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Wow! What a wonderful company! We had a large amount of vinyl flooring (very high quality) installed in our home secondary to a water leak in our walls and mold damage. We absolutely love our new flooring! The installers did a very good job (overall) with the installation. Colin Burrell was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! He is a man of his word and will go great lengths to make sure the customer is happy with their product and installation.

He was highly responsive (each and every time I called or texted him) and arrived on site to help solve a complicated install with a few hiccups along the way. Colin is highly professional, personable and a great asset to Floorscapes. I truly enjoyed every interaction we had. What a wonderful company! I won't go any where else now that I found a company that exceeds my expectations on every level. Thank you to each and every one of you! I so appreciate ALL you do!

We were referred to Colin Burrell at Floorscapes from a friend and we were so good glad we were! The showroom had a wide array of selection to choose from and Colin really knew his stuff. We were closing on a house and he met us at inspection to take measurements, see the tile in the space and make sure we were happy with our choice. Day of installation, we had 3 folks arrive on time and complete the job as expected.

Over the few days that the tile was installed we bonded and got to know our installers and appreciated their attention to detail and focus on a true quality job. They left our kitchen the way they found it in clean order. Highly recommend.

I recently relocated to New Mexico & bought a lovely home which needed a carpeting upgrade. My son highly recommended Floorscapes when I voiced my needs & preferences. Once I entered their showroom and saw all the beautiful, artistic designer quality materials I understood why he suggested them. Mickey McKay was a great partner in listening to my goals by giving thoughtful feedback which was not only educational but considerate for meeting those goals.

She walked me through the process so I knew what to anticipate including cost estimates & timeframes. Micky & the staff were friendly & communicative each step of the way. When it came to installation, the installer was punctual, prepared, courteous and efficient getting a beautiful job done. I will recommend the Floorscapes Team to anyone looking for true professionals to elevate their home environment.

Excellent service I replaced my carpet with wood looking tile throughout my house and they were so helpful I was there hours deciding on a color and and it looks gorgeous. I get so many complements on the color and installation of my tile people ask me who did it and I tell them Floorscapes. Bill the owner even came to my house when they were installing the tile to make sure I was happy with the progress, talk about excellent customer service I totally recommend them. I just called today to get two more rooms done in my house. You guys are the best!

Love Floorscapes went everywhere but couldn't find what I wanted at the price I could afford. Nathan was amazing sent different samples home to see in my home lighting. He worked with me with price and selection. Mostly they delivered a wonderful flooring absolutely gorgeous. Their service as fantastic from the front desk to the guys in the back. An extra thanks to the guys who stained my wooden trim pieces.they cared about the quality of their work and it showed. I highly recommend Floorscapes

This place is amazing. I went in on a Saturday, I explained what I was looking for - two employees came to my house shortly thereafter for a quote and recommended a product that wasn't on display (and cheaper). They arranged EVERYTHING and did so on a timely basis. Mickie was fantastic, always available, and provided updates frequently. My floors look fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Local business that provided superb customer service. Nathan S. provided great customer service from the beginning until the job was complete. Ryan S. the general manager made an offer I couldn't refuse on a top of the line carpet and upgraded pad.almost a 40% discount on a product he had on hand that met our needs. They made the schedule work and Roberto the installer was meticulous and finished well ahead of the estimated time for completion. They have my business and I highly recommend them as a local business over the big box stores.you won't be disappointed. CJB

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a mixture of carpet, tile, and laminate removed downstairs and replaced with tile for a cohesive feel. We also had the carpet replaced upstairs. Joe was awesome to work with when selecting our tile. He made sure we got something we loved that was within our budget. We got to take various tile samples home to see how they looked in each room.

The installers were super courteous and respectful. They showed up on time every day and made sure to clean up each day. They did a stellar job laying the stagger joint pattern on the tile we chose and we are soooooo happy with the final result! The new carpet is very plush and looks great too. They also added new baseboards after the tile was installed and did a beautiful job.

It took them one week to remove the old flooring and install the tile, and an additional day to do the carpet. When you have people in and out of your home, you want to feel you can trust them and we definitely felt the installers were trustworthy.

We are so happy with our recent carpeting purchase from Floorscapes. We worked with Mickey in sales. After we visited the showroom and picked out a few that we liked, she brought the samples to our house and let us keep them overnight so we could see our choices in the different light and with our paint colors and decor. She was so helpful and always quickly followed up with estimates.

The customer service is so much more than what you would get at Lowe's or Home Depot. And the quality of the carpeting and pad is so much better and is comparable in price. George handled the install and did a great job. If you need any kind of flooring, You can't go wrong with Floorscapes. They really care about their customers.

We just finished having manufactured wood installed in 3 rooms of our house to replace the 20 year old carpet. We couldn't be happier with the results. Mickey on the sales floor was great, and the installer, Bill did a fantastic job matching the wood to the already existing tile. I would definitely use them again.

Let me start by saying I love my LVT floor. but the process was challenging and took weeks/months to complete. The contracted installer, I later found out, was "not of our typical quality" and he was let go after my install. He was friendly and polite but as he told me the first day, he "usually does tile". At times, his saw was placed on the floor of the room, making a significant mess.

My sliding door vertical shade was broken in the process and it was not until I noticed it, that this was acknowledged. To their credit, Floorscapes sent a repair person. The job was frequently interrupted by other jobs and finishing cuts were finally completed by "one of our really skilled technicians who is typical of our quality". Of course the fact that my balance was not yet paid is what triggered this second technician's involvement.

I wonder why my 450 sq. Ft. install did not rate high enough to have a skilled installer in the first place. Cuts around floor vents are crude. In order to glue down a threshold, they used two of my marble tabletops to stabilize it resulting in chips around the edges. I was told that I was to receive a bottle of LVT cleaner. that I needed to pick up.

When I did drive over to the store, now that I had finalized payment, a bottle was placed in front of me without a word as the salesman appeared more interested in another customer and a possible new sale. This was not a minor or inexpensive project but I felt like it was not given due attention or concern. And really, paying full price for a substandard installer with lack of attention to detail and little experience with the material, is inexcusable.

My work colleague told me she just had a great experience with Floorscapes but that she knows the owner " so of course". I chose Floorscapes because they have been in the community a long time. But I am very disappointed at how my job was handled.

This is such a wonderful tile store! I had my kitchen and laundry room tiled by them years ago and the tile still looks beautiful. Their installers were wonderful and extremely professional. I am redoing a bathroom and found a tile that was perfect and only Floorscapes was able to get it for me in a timely manner because it is quite popular. Many tile stores I went to were either unable to get it for me or it was hard to even get someone to wait on me.

From the sales associates to the business person, they make shopping there a breeze and are so friendly. Their showroom has some great and different tile styles so I will definitely be going back. I am an Interior Designer and I have to say that this place is a gem just from my experience and the ease of dealing with them, as well as the fast delivery. That is not always the case in other stores.

We recently redid our flooring in our house and went to Floorscapes for carpet installation. The whole process was great! We worked with Joe Duran and he was super helpful and honest about pricing, quality, and getting what we needed for our household. He came out and took measurements the next day and sent us a very reasonable quote. Unlike other floor companies they were honest about square footage and not calculating a ridiculous amount of excess to make more money. The installation was quick and the carpet looks great! So happy with how everything came out! Definitely would recommend!

We ordered blinds from Floorscapes last fall. The owner came to our house with multiple samples and helped us to pick out blinds for our master bedroom. When they arrived they were installed quickly and efficiently. The installer arrived right on time. We are very pleased with the blinds. They are just what was needed. We have had many interactions with floorscapes from tile to countertops and back splashes.

Also carpeting and rugs. We have never had a problem with products not arriving on time. In addition --their recommendations were always greatly appreciated as the owner is an experienced interior designer. We will use them again and recommend them to all of our family and friends. Alice

It was time to upgrade the floors in our house and we went to the big box stores and just did not feel comfortable with the farming out of our project. We visited a few locally owned stores and ended up at Floorscapes with Lee Horowitz. We are sure glad we did. The carpet and tile we chose were beautiful and very affordable. Lee was great to work with and even when the manufacturers goofed up and ripped one roll of the carpet, things were taken care of. I would highly recommend you stop in and see Lee I'd you are considering any flooring projects in your home. Very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic place! They have top quality of everything that you can image. Their customer support is excellent and variety of products is stunning. The location is in a commercial area but it really is a Retail store, just walk in and be greeted by the friendly staff.

We have purchased our carpet here for two homes now and can't say enough good things about the quality and the service. Ask for Jason, he is awesome at helping decide what to get and setting up installation!

Floorscapes has just completed our master bath remodel. We are very pleased with their work. They stand by their products and workers. We had a slight mishap and they paid for the fix with no hesitation. This is the second remodel they have done for us and I recommended them to my best friend. I would certainly use them again. Excellent replacement of my kitchen floor. I originally went in to order some sheet vinyl product, but Bill suggested LVT Tile as an alternative. I'm glad he did. The finished product goes down more easily, is more durable and looks great. The kitchen and the accompanying laundry were a pain to do because all the appliances, including the gas stove, had to be moved.

Nevertheless Fermin and Danny did a great job with the install. (Bill, the owner, even stopped by to make sure everything was going OK.) They were pleasant and professional and they left everything, as the British would say, "in good nick." If I need floor covering anywhere else in the house, Floorscapes will be my first stop.

We had a really great experience with Lee and the guys that came to install our vinyl flooring. We were able to find a match for our years old wood so that the addition to our new home would match. There were a few bumps but Lee was so helpful in helping to rectify them. We were pleasantly surprised with the finished product

We had the very best experience with FloorScapes & highly recommend them. We bought a house with radiant heat throughout. Some areas were tile, others areas were carpet that our newly adopted incontinent dog destroyed. We met with a number of flooring companies, none of which said they could do the job without damaging or destroying the radiant heat. (One representative actually said they would have to jackhammer the old tile out). Josh & Colin were the only ones that said we could tile over the existing tile, and that the carpet areas could be leveled with the existing tile, so that the entire area could be tiled.

They were very helpful & gave us great advice during the months it took for us to make a decision. The installation process was 2 weeks. The installers Eleazar & Juan were the best. They were on time every day, left the work areas spotless, and they worked incredibly hard all day with only very short breaks, if they even took a break. They were both very pleasant, and their work was very careful & precise.

The finished job is far better than we had envisioned. We will use Floorscapes for the all of the other projects we have planned, and will recommend them to all our friends & family. Best regards to everyone - scratches to Dude the dog.

The showroom at Floorscapes has everything you could possibly want for a new build or remodel, and the sales lady we worked with was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, that's where the good things end. We got our flooring and blinds from Floorscapes for our new build. The floor and wall tiles are uneven. Chipped tiles were installed. We complained during our weekly progress meetings, and were told that "that's just how that tile is".

Who keeps "defective" tile in stock? The grout in the tile is bubbly, and when we called to have it fixed, the owner came and filed the bubbles out with a box cutter-like tool and called it fixed. We have lived in our home for 4 months and the Hunter Douglas sliders for our doors are broken. I have called every other day for 2 weeks to get someone to come repair/replace, and I keep getting the run around. I'm not sure what Floorscapes won't stand behind: their products or their workmanship. Floorscapes will promise you the moon when you're in the showroom, but once they've made the sale, they're done with you.
