Easy! Karen was wonderful. She helped me find the perfect tile, she knew what other items I needed to have the job completed. She took it upon herself to deliver any additional items to me that I needed to finish the job. During our project we were short a few bullnose pieces. Karen was able to find a way to make sure I received the needed tiles in a quick & efficient way.

In short, if there was a problem Karen had a solution. Karen knows the products at The Floor Store very well, and has a great eye for finding the perfect choice in blending the right element to your decor.

I had a rental house that needed new carpets as soon as possible. I called the Floor Store @The Carpet Co and they were able to come out within a couple of days to bring samples and measure the house. They installed the carpet a couple weeks later. The installers were friendly, focused, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

The Floor Store first redid my upstairs which turned out great. When they came back to do the downstairs it was a different story. The floors look beautiful but when you walk across them they are mushy and make weird noises. The installer came back twice to fix the problem but it still is not great. They did not level the floors before installation and it's obvious.

At the same time, I was finishing remodeling my kitchen. The second time the installer came to fix the noise and leveling issue in my kitchen he had to remove the newly installed kickboard. His team damaged it and said nothing. After noticing this issue along with a gap, less than a month after the last time the installer came, I reached out to the salesman.

I was told to go spend an additional $20 of my own money and fix it myself. Glad I spent around 20K here just to be told to spend more of my own money when they damaged my brand new kitchen. They do not care about you once the money is paid. ************************* Editing to add that one of the owners, Randy, did reach out to me after my initial review and offered to pay for the kitchen repair. I appreciate him doing this as the cost of the repair was much more than $20. I have added an additional star for his quick action to better the situation.

I have worked with this company on multiple occasions and they do a wonderful job! Deanna is quick to respond, measure and send estimates back to me quickly. (This can be a struggle in NM!) The installers get in and get the job done quickly but professionally. I will continue to use them in real estate and in my own home. Lori Robbins

My husband and I purchased the Coretec flooring in Chesapeake oak from Sian. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. The flooring was in stock and brought it home the same day we purchased it. We also worked with Troy when we ordered our baby threshold & T-molding. He asked questions to make sure that we were ordering the correct transitions and the correct amount. I had a job for a client that went so well. I met with Tory at his display house, he went and measured, we paid he scheduled his guys were right on time they moved furniture laid the carpet and it looks awesome. They put the furniture right back where it was. What an easy way to do business.

Just had for rooms of carpet installed at our home. The service was exceptional and timely. The Floor Store has a get selection of high quality carpet at prices better than the big box stores. Everything from showroom selection, in home measurements, and installation went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this business.

I cannot thank Randy and his crew enough for how quickly and efficiently they were able to install new carpet in my home. I called Randy on a Saturday and he went above and beyond to make sure that I would have new carpet by the following Thursday. His installer, Fidel and his helper, were very quick and professional. I know I would have paid a lot more anywhere else, and I was so happy to be supporting a local business. These guys are fantastic.
