Very unprofessional. They didn't order my tile before it got discontinued, and they had notice from the company. With that said I had to start all over again and has set my kitchen remodel back 6 weeks. They even tried to sell me a 12x12 which was what we were removing. If they had half stars for rating I wouldn't even give them that.

After the poor reviews, I still wanted to give them a try because I liked the selection of tile and hardwood flooring they have. I regret this decision. The biggest downfall is that they don't stock anything in the store. This means everything is "special order". Orders cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Our flooring guys over ordered the tile and hardwood we purchased, by quite a bit.
We are unable to return any unopened boxes. If I had known this, we would not have given them our business. Update- response to company: I tried to cancel an order (and denied) before it had even been delivered to the store. I would consider that a prompt return!

Can I give them zero stars? If I could, I would. I ordered Tabarka tile from them. This Costs $95 sq ft. And is handmade and takes 3 months to make. 1/3 of if came broken. I understand mistakes happen but when I called to talk to the manager about it he was very short and rude to me about. Not apologetic at all. He told me to file a claim with UPS.
Then he told me it was his warehouses fault and blamed it on UPS again. He was not helpful in slowing the problem. So now I have to reorder it, and wait 3 more months. BAD BUSINESS!

We were referred to Stonewood through our builder a year ago and have been so upset about Jamie the design person who we worked with. After seeing other kitchens they have done for neighbors it has me still upset and would never recommend this company to anyone. She only showed us items to pick from and never once told us we had design in the kitchen cabinets also we could have chosen. So disappointed in her and this company, now we are stuck with kitchen cabinets we do not like all because of Jamie.
