Been working with Blue Phoenix with my work for a number of years. This review is with regards to my home residence. Brad and his A/C techs have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. In my experience they're able to work with you around your schedule which really helps as busy as I am. As well honest work with competitive pricing. They've been real good with my family and home when the A/C did go down. Was happy to purchase a new A/C unit from them that was very efficient in the install, and the unit has been working great. Additionally they were able to do the roof wiring adjustment when I installed an Ecobbee thermostat.

After many, many appointments to address issues with our office AC unit, adding freon 2-3 times a year for over 4 years, our AC pea trap backed up causing serious flooding in our office, this was days after the last visit by one the technicians. We were not made aware at that time of the issue. We had 3 other consultations with 3 other companies that informed us this could have been avoided and was a long term ongoing issue that was over looked by Blue Phoenix Mechanical.
The repairs were extensive, the expense of a new AC unit very costly. We tried to work with this company on a mutually satisfactory resolution, however, that did not happen. We have utilized their services for over 7 years. Very dissatisfied.
