Brandon and Luke really delivered on their promises with our flooring installation! We were so please to work with a company whose installers arrived when they said they would, worked hard, exhibited true artisanship, cleaned up behind themselves and finished a day early. Brandon made sure we were 110% happy with our Herringbone style flooring. They came back with their crew several times to check on us and resolve any issues we had, no matter how nit-picky we were! Overall a great job of installing some engineered wood flooring. We had self installed in the formal living, formal dining and kitchen, but stalled out due to lack of spare time. They finished the Family room and dining nook. The team arrived on-time and began the tear out of carpet, but discovered a good amount of unevenness in the cement. They recommended floating the low spots and grinding the high spots in the cement.
This resulted in a change order that increased the cost by 70%, which is the only negative of the experience. Once we approved the change, they set to work and still managed to get everything done the same day.

Our project manager Brandon was very responsive. Unfortunately we began our project with a poor contractor and had to have the project removed tot he studs and redone. We were very nervous about the situation and putting our home and finances into the hands of another contractor. A-Ward associates were professional and prompt throughout the entire project. We received excellent communication throughout the project. We will be using A-Ward for additional projects and recommending them to others.

Subject contracted directly with A-Ward CI to install 650 sqft of outside deck tile. Subject tile was 6" x 36" porcelain, with perimeter metal edging and two flex joints coincident with concrete slab joints. A Ward supplied mortar, joint seal and tile joint grout. We purchased the tile independently from Home Depot. A Ward installation crew did an excellent job, ; rating 5 of 5 stars.
Subject work area was prepared and cleaned daily before and after each of 3 days. A Ward pricing was competitive and their proposal and contract was straight forward, representative of work to be done. We highly recommend A Ward Custom Installations.

I'd give them more stars if available. The communication with Brandon was superb from beginning to end. The crew was outstanding. Omar, the lead guy, explained all work necessary and answered any questions we had. Very, very cordial. The system of grinding concrete to minimize dust was awesome (vented to outside)! The crew worked continuously and in perfect unison with each other. I am most pleased with the workmanship and cleanup - very detailed installers. Highly recommend this company to everyone. And thank you to Home Depot for the referral.

Brandon is quick to respond and offers very competitive costs for labor. I purchased the materials from The Tile Shop in Fort Worth and A-Ward Custom Installations was one of three contractions recommended by them. Brandon was least expensive than the other company that responded and am pleased we used his company. We would use them again. If there is anything not completed to your satisfaction, he will make sure it is repaired and gives a one year warranty on worksmanship. RL

Great company with high quality, meticulous installers. Recently had my bathroom and bedroom remodeled and they did a fantastic job. They were very easy to communicate with and very honest and open when unforeseen things came up (and what job doesn't have hiccups along the way). I appreciated the open communication with them.
