American Eagle Builders

American Eagle Builders were very flexible in helping me do sections of windows at a time. The windows arrived earlier then expected and they were installing right away. Very friendly and easy to work with.

We hired this company to put a coating on our existing patio, and to build a new patio cover. They did a terrible job on the patio coating, it took them less than 8 hours to do the job, and the people took a 2 hour lunch. The coating is not holding up and they didn't clean up after the job was done. After waiting almost 3 months to install a patio covering, they only had one person doing the job, still waiting on the right color downspout. Asked them to install two boxes for the outdoor ceiling fans, but they didn't install them correctly. Overall, not happy and won't be having them do anymore to this home.

Please do not listen to people saying this place is great. We are in the hole nearly 25k on these things. They sold these windows to my dementia ridden mother in law and conned her into something she didn't need. They installed the windows and it was quickly noticed how large the gaps between the windows and the frame. They didn't bother insulating any of them.

They chipped the tile in one of the bathrooms (not a huge deal) but could've accepted responsibility. I finally hear from someone who says she will try and fit in someone to come out and look at them. I sent her pictures of the windows. Today they told me that they need to replace the caulk to the tune of $150 per window. There is a steady stream of air coming from every single one.

They are blaming caulk. This window company did a half asked job for a quality price. Do not be scammed by these people! I am not referring to insulation in my walls! My house is plenty settled! This is the first time anybody has addressed our concerns in 2.5 years. The drafts coming in the windows started the day of install. Please do not insult me, you couldn't answer my text and couldn't even be bothered with a phone call. These people are scam artist!

The process went very smoothly and was communicated with along the way. The guys that did the installation were very polite while doing the work. There is a delay in getting the windows but we knew that going into this. Also it is expected that damage that occurs during shipping can occur and again they were upfront with it and are fixing it.

The windows are great they look good and they have made a big difference in noise, and temperature of our home. We live next to the highway so there is always noise after the windows we hardly notice it. As far as the temperature with the insulation of the windows and radiant barrier we could feel the difference immediately. And last the insulation was awesome, they were quick clean and professional.

The new windows were the only trace that they had been here. American Eagle Builders are awesome they delivered what they promised. We would recommend them and are happy with them. If you're looking to upgrade your windows they can make it happen. Thanks Scott and Heather

First of all I would like to thank Phil Ehinger for coming out to our home and going over the details of the work this company would be doing per our request. Both the Patio Cover and the Door Installation contractors were great. They were very professional and answered any questions we had regarding the work they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure our dogs would not step on anything that would hurt them.

We have already had a couple of neighbors ask about your company doing windows and have referred them to give you guys a call. We will most likely call again later about doing the rest of the windows in our home. P.S. Our kids and grandkids love coming to visit us with this new outdoor patio area.

American Eagle Builders did a great job enclosing my patio. The workmanship was very good and you can't tell that it wasn't part of the original construction of the house. Dave was great to work with and completed the job in a timely manner. I love it!

The lady I was on the phone was rude and disrespectful and simply hung up the phone. The customers service for this company is horrible.

I am pretty disappointed in how we were treated today, and will never be referring this company to anybody ever again. It's bad business to make things up because you don't want to follow thru on your end (false alarm on a leak we reported? What?) and it's infuriating that we spent thousands of dollars on a lifetime warranty for our windows and. they are trying to charge me $100 to repair something that we already (over) paid in the front end.

The mechanism that holds the window in place shouldn't fail after 4 yrs. We paid a ton upfront because we trusted the company to do their part if a repair was needed. They don't stand behind their work. Pathetic and sad doesn't even begin to describe.

Very responsive and easy to work with. Explained all the details of my new windows, even brought in a product to review/get hands on with. Feeling confident with them and their windows, placed my order. Windows got installed a bit later, and my temperatures are doing way better. I think after a whole year of having these installed I will notice my energy bills go down.

I do monitor my temps with Nest and have been using my AC less overall. For the customer service, I did notice something weird with one of the windows, but a simple phone call and sent in a picture of the issue and they are working to fix it. Overwall I am very happy with these windows, have had them for almost 3 months now and already very happy with them.

This is the best investment I've ever had in my life ! From start to finish, I was able to witness my patio turn from just a plain outside sitting area to a screened in paradise! Mike was very persistent and knowledgeable about completing the job and has done outstanding work beyond my expectations! I would pass on this company they say that all their employees are certified in the area they work, that's a LIE! One person in particular is Nate Roberts as long as he works there I'd never hire them for anything! He is the rudest person I have ever met and he doesn't answer your phone calls or does he call you back! There is more drama in this company than on a soap opera! JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Plus he showed up to the job after lunch with alcohol on his breath and two of the guys seemed drunk

The windows look amazing. They worked 10 out of the 13 windows in one day, came back the next and finished the job. They were very clean. Covered all my furniture around with plastic then cleaned after they were done as they move trough the house. Highly recommended. I saw some reviews were people were talking about the estimates being a scam. But if you know you are going to replace your windows.

You know you are going to spend money on it, and my experience with them was great!. The windows are beautiful, the workers were very respectful of my house and the quality of the windows is great, I don't even hear the cars coming by anymore.

We wanted new windows for our house but busy schedules and budget caused us to determine we wanted to tackle the project in phases. We split the project into 2 parts. The back of the house (facing the evening sun) was our first choice and they were able to get everything completed within a day. We could immediately see a difference in our energy bills!

The following year, we completed the project by replacing the rest of the windows. Once again, they were punctual, professional, and just overall great to work with. We are very happy to have these great windows in our house!

My husband & I had American Eagle Builders come out for estimates on a patio cover, attic insulation and a new sliding glass door. The nice lady said the owner would come out himself to do the estimates. That didn't happen, but the guy they sent was professional & gave a decent price on the door & insulation. He said someone would call & give the estimate for the patio cover per his measurements.

The guys who put the insulation in were on time & did a good job. I was concerned a bit though that they only "blow insulation" and don't prep or seal anything in the attic, which I thought was the 1st step of attic insulation. They did put safety barriers around all the recessed lighting though. The next job was the sliding glass door, which had been delayed due to the TX freeze.

The two guys show up on time, professional & install the door just fine & it looks nice. We found very shortly afterwards there was an issue with it sliding properly & the screen not locking & they have since sent someone out to fix that. I can now say the door looks & works great! Also, I can definitely feel the difference in temperature comfort within the house, & look forward to the energy savings. Although there were a few rough patches regarding communication, scheduling & delays, overall we are pleased with outcome.

We had a great experience with American Eagle. Our house looks like a new house with new windows, siding, doors, gutters, etc. They did excellent work and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great.

American Eagle Builders is an ethical company. Great carports, quality materials and good prices.

American Eagle Builders installed our new pergola last week. We went with half foam insulated solid cover and half pergola. The solid side is set up to the West to block out the evening sun. We love it! It makes the back yard a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This review is in regards to American Eagle's underhanded sales tactics that I have experienced twice now. The first time they cold-called me, the duplicitous sales person informed me that they were offering deep promotional discounts on windows in return for putting an AE sign in my yard and for taking pictures of their work to be used in their. marketing materials.

I stressed that, while I would love new windows, I cannot afford them at this time, and he assured me his offer wasn't too-good-to-be-true and that the company often works with retirees and people on government benefits (i.e., customers with little money to spend) when they offer these promotions. I agreed to have a consultation.

American Eagle Builders replaced windows in my 1973 home. The installer came over and measured my windows, they were custom built to fit the window frame. I couldn't believe the difference in the noise reduction, my home backed in to a high traffic area, I went from hearing the cars go by to not hearing them at all.
