ODC Tucson is a locally owned and operated distributorship. We are a minority owned small business that has been serving the southern Arizona community since 1993. We work here, we live here, our children grow up here and we are your neighbors. We take pride in our commitment to being interactive with the people of southern Arizona as well as the unique environment.As such we have a developed a number of unique doors and door applications that complement the southwestern Arizona architecture and landscape. Our installer and service technicians average 10 years of experience with our company alone and are all trained personally by the owner, Art Alcon, who has been with the Overhead Door Company since 1978.

Called regarding a $48 check up promo plus we needed another clicker. Zach was the consummate professional - explaining all of the (included) maintenance checks and lubrication involved. Reprogramming the old and new remotes took 5 minutes more and the whole service was less than 30 min. Scheduling was a breeze too. Mariska was prompt in all of the confirmation calls, including the day before and again about 2 hours before. We couldn't ask for better or more!

Was extremely pleased with this company and their staff. Every time my garage door goes up and down so smoothly, I smile, and think of what a great job this company's technician, Alonzo did. Alonzo was very friendly, and very knowledgeable about all the working parts of what makes a door work so well. I was very pleased with the service, and can't wait to recommend this company again! We had several companies provide us with estimates and the reason we decided to choose Overhead Door is that they explained in detail the job and materials not just a $ amount and a few phrases that we couldn't understand. They were also the only company that included painting the garage door. q They were professional and did a fantastic job. Sue was very kind to speak to on the phone.

I had an exceptional experience from my first phone call to the completion of repair. Mariska who scheduled our work made multiple calls to keep me informed on the schedule and followed up to make sure repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Sue shared pricing on replacing our doors which were very good and put no pressure on us to replace as opposed to repair. Bryce was at the house twice, we received a phone call both times and he was ahead of schedule both days. He was informative, professional and the job was done in a terrific fashion! Alonso was great! He replaced the spring and suggested a couple of other repairs making the door much like new! A new seal to keep out the mice and rollers to quiet the door and make lifting more easy. He was personable, had a good smile. We enjoyed and appreciated him. The Company scheduled the work quickly after I called. Alex was helpful and informative.

Excellent, professional service! Very kind and responsive staff. Made me feel like I was a special customer. Overhead Door patched up my broken garage door free of charge so I could use it while I waited for my new garage doors to arrive! And when the new doors were installed (I got the rusted metal doors) I immediately got compliments from the neighbors. I am very pleased with the quality and price! Thanks Overhead!

We have been using this company for several years and it only gets better! Over the holiday our garage door motor decided to call it quits. Overhead had a technician over in two days (holiday schedule limited their options). The technician was polite, on time, and had the problem fixed in about an hour. We will continue to use this excellent company!

Total commitment to making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I've had other companies do work for me in the past and there is no comparison. We had the absolute best experience with overhead door! They gave us an honest quote and the best quote out of all the major competitors around town. They kept us in the loop about the delivery date and install. The install was quick and efficient, the company staff as a whole was so knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer any questions we had and offered to explain anything in more detail.

Of course the spring on the garage door broke at 6:30ish in the evening. The folks at Overhead Door got a technician out to the house within an hour. He was friendly and got everything in working order quickly. It wasn't cheap but the 'emergency' fee was worth it to avoid the hassle in the morning. Thanks!

Had a Garage Door that was acting up (would not close in early morning, when weather was cold). Called Overhead Door and scheduled an appointment to come out. Tech Zachary showed up on time, and was very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also did a 20 point inspection and lubricated necessary parts. Overhead Door originally installed Garage Door years ago, and have come out once or twice, for minor issues over the years. Very Happy with the Customer Service from Overhead Door! Excellent!

We had a garage door opener motor that has been on its' last leg for the last year and sure enough it breaks on the weekend. Called Overhead Door expecting to get a voice recording or 3rd party answering service; however, I actually got a real person who was actually working there at the time named JR. Within an hour, JR had a technician (Alonso) at our door and an hour after that, the garage door operator head and belt drive rail was replaced and working like new.
I did not have to pay them until I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the job. I waited a couple of days of opening and closing use, and then happily paid my bill; which was a lot cheaper than I had anticipated for having the work done on a weekend. Needless to say, I will be using Overhead Doors for all my future garage door needs.

We were revising our front with new garage door, pavers and landscaping. Overhead Door removed our 20+yo two-car garage door and replaced with a rusted version, new side rails, spring, etc. The installation was tidy and sanitary AND quick. And the price they charged was very reasonable. I was still using my old motor and screw rail so there was some noise and closing was a tad too hard.
A few weeks later Overhead Door sent out Zachery and he fine-tuned the system. Zac was extremely polite, knowledgeable and was patient with my inane questions. He explained to me that my motor is at the end of it's life and the new belt replacement system will be silent. We will wait and see/ hear for that replacement. I will surely call Overhead Door to return and replace my old motor. We have received many compliments and are quite pleased with Overhead door.

This is my second experience with Overhead Door. My second home in Tucson, and they were recommended to me by my next door neighbor at the first house. This time I bought a Tucson patio home from out of State. One of the problems was the old door. Overhead door was my first and only call, from the Quote to replace to the fininstall they were professional and prompt.
Thanks JR and Sue. I always felt like we were a team on this. Mahalo from Maui. Update: It's been a few months since the door went in. It was starting to get noisy. So a service call solved everything. Things needed lubricant. A couple bad wheels. So the rep came on time, solved everything in a half hour. Now it's nice and quiet again.

We contacted Overhead Door to service and lube our two garage doors. The entire experience from making the appt until the service was done was excellent. The tech was prompt, very knowledgeable and experienced. He communicated well, was very efficient in his process, and expertly serviced/repaired our doors within 45 minutes. We highly recommend this company and will continue doing business with them.

I had to find a new company to service my garage doors after my previous company went out of business. Overhead Door Company seemed to have great reviews, so I called. I was very pleased with their prompt and polite service. I needed a new set of springs for a 12-year-old door, and the technician had the new set up and running in about an hour. I would recommend the Overhead Door Company, and it will be my first call next time.

Called Overhead Door as a second call to get our garage door repaired as our normal service company could not come out for 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised as to Overhead's ability to come out same day and have the cable reattached and adjusted the spring to proper tension. 30 mins total time, and a verbal quote for the correct size spring when the existing one goes. Nice tech who contacted us 20 mins out and charged us for just the service call. You can bet Overhead Door will be first on our list next time!
