Raymond was so quick diagnosing my garage door issue I could hardly believe it! Then he took his time to go over the rest of the system. Friend, efficient service for sure! :-

Repairman showed up on time, changed outside pad and inspected the garage door opener. All was well and the new pad married up to the opener with no problems. The repairman was complete in less then an hour. GREAT JOB

If you want first class service and experience, then call A-Authentic Garage Door Service. My garage door broke as we were about to leave for a long weekend trip. They sent a technician right away(10 mins) to fill our urgent need. Jake was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. He treated us fairly and did not take advantage of our urgent situation.

The price was way below what I expected (compared to A1). He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was serviceable before leaving. He also gave us additional advice to improve the quality of our garage door and to alleviate any potential issues.

The company answered my call on a Friday afternoon at 5:30. The gentleman was pleasant, professional, and helpful. I asked for an appointment and he said they had an opening the next morning. He showed up on time. He didn't tell me I needed a new garage door opening, he just fixed the problem. The price was reasonable. I would recommend A-Authentic Garage Door Service without hesitancy. This was the only one of 4 companies I called that offered to check my garage door first, before automatically saying I needed to replace it. (The door worked okay, but it sounded like it was on its last leg.) A-Authentic suggested they "check it -- it might only need a "lube". The bottom line was only $85 for the parts & labor, rather than the over $800+ I was quoted by the other 3 companies. A-Authentic's philosophy is, "if ain't broke, don't replace it!" Thank you for saving me nearly $800. This company has me as a customer for life!

Jake, from A-Authentic came out this morning and did a check on the health of our garage door. I had purchased a rubber seal for he bottom of the door from Home Depot however, Jake informed me that I have a door (I don't remember the name.) the is brand specific and I must get a seal directly from them. After inspecting the existing seal he indicated that the seal there was in good shape and did not need to be replaced.

He did note the door model in his system so that when a replacement is needed, he would bring one with him. He then went through my part of the maintenance process which is to be ongoing in a very friendly and professional manner. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call A-Authentic for all of my garage door service needs. Thanks Jake!
