The estimator for AAA was spot on with his assessment of the situation. He knows his craft. The final price came in $1300 more than the original estimate but believe me, no one knows what they will see on a roof repair until the ceramic tiles are actually removed to see the extent of the damage. What I experienced was extremely considerate employees.

The repairmen who did the actual work even let me use their ladder to go up on my very high roof to personally see the damage and the different steps to the repair. They offered photos of the steps I didn't see. My original quoted date to do the work was able to be moved up by 2 weeks because they got a change in schedule and were able to squeeze me in.

When the broken tiles could not be replaced by the tiles I had laying around in the garage, they came back the very next business day and finished the job with tiles that look so closely matched that I cannot even tell which ones were replaced. That is high praise for a ceramic tile roof that is 22 years old. Overall this 5 star rating is because of the employees from the lady who answers the phone, to the expert estimator (Mr. Sondro), and of course the kind and competent workers who did the work. Start to finish the experience was just as good as a roof repair experience could be.

I've used AAA Roofing for both my personal home and business. They are professional, responsive, and did a quality job. Their crew is clean and respectful, and Sandro their repairman is amazing. I decided to post a review after reading some of the negative ratings AAA Roofing has received. Seems to me that the people who rate local, small businesses as 1 star are unhappy in general.

Nothing is ever good enough for these people and they typically have an inflated sense of self importance. They do not realize that their selfish actions, by rating a company 1 star due to their own lack of creative and constructive criticism, affect local companies far more than the minor grievance experienced. It would have been easier for people to tell AAA Roofing what their issue was, get it resolved, instead of being bitter and bashing them on the internet.

We have used AAA Roofing for the past 10 years and they are wonderful to work with. They are efficient, professional and they do great work. We used AAA roofing company when we bought our new house and it needed a new roof. The staff was amazing- friendly, timely and very informative. The men working on the house were very respectful of our new neighbors and me inside with a newborn! Our house was done quickly and looks great. I had AAA roofing put on a new TPO roof a few weeks ago, and it was just in time before weeks of occasional snow/rain. The roof not only looks great, but with the taper option, the water flows out the canales better than my old tar and gravel roof. AAA roofing was always polite and answered my inquiries more quickly than some other companies. The 10 year warranty is a great selling point. The work crew was very efficient, and I really appreciated this. Thanks, guys!

I am so pleased with this company. I went out to get bids with a number of companies my estimator from the insurance company told me about AAA roofing company. The last estimate came from this company. The estimate was thorough and professionally presented. The price was competitive and the follow-up was stellar. I was able to pick the shingles that I wanted and was presented a sample brochure with the actual shingles, AAA was the only company to present to me that brochure everyone else did not only had paper brochures.

The day of the installation went perfectly and quickly. My new roof was up in one day and I am highly happy with it. I totally recommend this company for either shingled or flat roofs.

AAA Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! They were professional, honest, friendly and easy to work with. We installed refrigerated air conditioning at the same time and they were able to coordinate with the plumbers and electricians with ease. AAA Roofing put in our TPO roof in September of 2019. In July of 2020, we had a problem with a leak which turned out to be an issue with a canale. They were here to fix the problem within three hours of our phone call and the repair was done at no charge. The crew was wonderful on both occassions and we have enjoyed our experience with AAA.

Great business, they work very had to provide the best service and product. I have had them do multiple projects and they have always been very clear in contracts of what they can do and offer alternative options. They don't sell something they don't stand behind.

They didn't keep their appointment. They obviously aren't taking new customers.

It looks like they do good work but holy hell their crew is loud; my neighbor is getting her roof done and these guys have been yapping, hooting, and shouting for hours starting at seven in the morning.
