NT Window

Horrible service and support. We recently had all of the original builder grade windows replaced with NT windows. It took seven months from the time we placed to the order to have them delivered to our installer. When the installation was complete the installers pointed out one broken window which they said came damaged from NT and another that was missing the parts needed to complete the installation.

I had to call the following week to report a problem with another large double window that was fogging over and to see when the other repairs would be made since we never received any follow up as promised. I received feedback on the window fogging over stating this was "normal and to be expected" and that neither NT or the installer would stand behind the failed product to do anything to correct it.

It has now been months and the installer reports that NT refuses to respond with regards to the broken window or the missing parts. While the windows other than the the three defective units seem to be decent quality, the total lack of support and refusal to communicate makes this a company to avoid.

We just had 18 custom NT Executive series windows installed by Ecoview (referred by NT) and they are gorgeous. It did take about 16 weeks from the date of our order for the the windows to be ready, but I highly recommend these windows for residents of the DFW area.

We have had these windows for over 10 years. There have not been any problems and look as good as new. We are completely satisfied.

I have been offering NT Products to customers across Texas for 10 years. No other product I'd rather offer and the entire company top to bottom offers the best customer service I have ever seen. I recommend this company to everyone.

Worst customer service ever. Took 5 months to get response on a window that cracked 6 months after installation. Ended up getting it fixed by Rockwall Glass. Another window had a seal break. I didnt even bother trying to get it fixed under warranty. Consider the warranty non existent unless you want to deal directly with the manufacturer.

The best all-around value in replacemt windows in my opinion. Easy installation. Superior customer service and unbeatable Lifetime Warranty on glass breakage available too. We cannot be any happier with the purchase and installation of our NT Windows. My wife and I live in the DFW area and we recently had a total of 15 windows replaced with the Presidential Series Window line throughout our entire home. J.B. Precision Installers installed the windows and we cannot say enough about how pleased we were with their workmanship.

The did an exceptional job with the installation and the finishing touches. The moment the windows were installed we immediately noticed a HUGE difference in outside noise reduction and the extended time on how cool or warm our house remains before the HVAC system kicks in. In fact, it rarely comes on now. In addition to having energy efficient windows, we love the high quality and beautiful look of our NT Windows.

I had NT windows installed this past spring and it has been a wonderful investment to withstand the Texas heat this summer~! Window Expo did a beautiful job installing the windows! The installers were professional, they even put all my window coverings back on and vacuumed each area and communicated to me each step of the way! And my energy usage has dropped compared to our historical usage. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you NT WIndows for my beautiful and energy efficient windows~!

Very nice product, comparable to some much more expensive window replacement brands. Can already tell a temperature and sound difference in the room.
