I highly recommend Andy Howards Pest Control, and have been a happy customer for about five years. Everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. Service reminders have been very helpful, and they have been prompt with scheduled appointments. They deserve your business.

I needed service so I signed up for quarterly. We haven't always made that schedule due to Covid but it's all good. Employees are always friendly and are in and out quickly. I highly recommend Andy's.

I called and they set up my appointment quickly. Great service and very accommodating. The initial cost is a little high but they explain that reoccurring trips would be cheaper. Since they've sprayed my home, the bugs have disappeared. Andy Howard is tried and true.

Booked appointment and confirm for 1pm and was reassured to be there on time due to urgency of the matter for my clients property. I ended up waiting for 40 mins before l I had to call several times to get a hold of someone and they told me tech was stuck in traffic on I35, which never happens in Austin. Hello, if your going to be late please update the customer / client asap to be considerate of their time.

This business 101. Time is money. I was forced to cancel and use another company due lack of customer service and staff not having empathy to put effort to turn a bad situation into good one.

Here's the deal: I reached out to Andy Howard for an estimate on routine pest control. I contacted three other firms too, all highly rated on Yelp. Andy was the slowest to get back, although it was the same day. The odd thing though was the reply was simply "what's the square footage of your home?" I responded to that. And never heard back.

Strange they don't even start with a "Hello" or "How are you?" just a, how big is your space? And after I responded - nothing. I guess my home is too small to bother with. Anyway, they've never treated my house so I don't know if they're good or bad but I can tell you this, they're never going to treat my house either. PS: I went with one of the other three.

I used Howard's Pest Control for a flea infestation problem. I am very happy with their price, response time, and follow up visits. Came back for a second visit without any additional charge. I will definitely use them again.

I'm very pleased to find this company. I found AHPC here on Yelp, on a Sunday. I messaged not thinking I'd get a response until Monday during business hours, boy was I wrong! DeShawn replied immediately! I needed help ASAP, as we have a gnarly wasp and spider problem. I wanted a company that would come within 24 hours. And AHPC showed up and took care of the problem.

We signed up for the quarterly treatments (it's cheaper that way). Our serviceman Mike was great! He walked the house with me and addressed all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable about these Texas critters! Good stuff! Professional, timely, knowledgeable, competitive pricing. I'll be sure to refer all my people here!

We have used Andy Howard for years for both our rental property and home. We have been extremely pleased with the service. We have had a couple of different technicians over the years and they have all been very nice and professional. We live on several acres so we have issues with every type of insect inside and out. Andy Howard takes care of them all!

I had some pretty gross bugs in my house and I called up Andy Howard's Pest Control and they came out the very next day. They were super nice and got rid of the problem. These guys are very professional and I will be using them over and over and over again!

I had these guys come out to my house for roaches in June and since then I continue to see these goddamn critters. TWO treatments for $675.00! No good. I'm very disappointed with the service. If you're considering having some sort of pest control service, I wouldn't recommend this company. When I called to complain, they guy on the phone said "We've done what you paid for." really?

I have had terrible experiences with all sorts of contractors and repair people, but Andy Howard has been the one dependable service provider I have used. We use them for quarterly pest prevention and they do a great job. Mark is super-friendly, always on time, and reliable. I have never had an issue with them and since we have been using them about 2 years ago, it has made quite the difference. Used to be there were always critters crawling around, but not any more.

My problem was not only annoying but dangerous. About 3 feet above my front door were 5 wasp and mud-dobber nests. I called Andy Howard's Pest Control and they were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days. Javier was my pest tech. He was 5 minutes early and was super friendly and knowledgable. Plus, they didn't go over the estimate at all. I paid exactly what they quoted. I will be using them again, for sure.

Great service! I had a flea problem. I got quotes from 2 additional major pest control companies in Austin, and Andy Howard beat them both by about $75. Additionally, as part of my price, they did a 2nd follow up treatment and then guaranteed their work for 30 days after. For both my initial and follow-up appointments, I was able to get on the schedule for the very next day. Javier the bug guy who came to spray was so friendly. The flea treatment worked great! Hope I don't ever have reason to use them again, but definitely would without hesitation!
