TPO membranes are single-ply roof membranes constructed from ethylene propylene rubber. They are designed to combine the durability of EPDM rubber with the proven performance of hot-air weldable seams. They have been tested as having excellent resistance to ozone, are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install.

They worked with my insurance adjuster to arrange a new roof. Once there was an approved amount, they brought by the insurance summary sheet and had me sign something that said I'd do the work with them. The gentleman was going on vacationn the following week but said the Monday after (memorial day), he would drop off shingle samples, not sure why this was necessary because I pointed to my neighbors roof that was just done and told him to make it look like that one.
He dropped the shingles off on memorial day as he said he would. About a week later I called to give the color name and gave it to the person that answers their phones at their office. She said she would convey the message and that someone would be calling me to schedule the work. No one called me that week so finally on June 10, I called and left a message.
My message stated that someone would need to call me back within 24 hours or I would find someone else to do the work. No one called me so Tuesday June 11, I called Jeff Home Improvement. The gentleman came by that night, I signed some paperwork and gave a down payment. Thursday June 13 I had a new roof installed. Not sure what happened but it was far from acceptable customer service.
Would not recommend. Update: June 19th - Mr. Dunn contacted me today and left a voicemail apologizing for not getting in touch with me. He stated "he had just gotten back in town and had just got the message. he guesses no one else was checking the messages". Thanks for the call Mr. Dunn but I have an even worst impression of you and your company than I did before you just called.
Before that I just assumed you had changed your mind about wanting to do the work, possibly deciding that the insurance company wasn't paying enough to replace my roof. Now I realize your company is unorganized, ineffecient, and understaffed. Regardless, it's not a company I want to give my business to, even if I'm not paying for the bulk of it.
