Commonwealth roofing and especially AJ Melendez went above and beyond in first convincing an Insurance appraiser who was not cooperative into covering replacement of our entire roof. I battled for a year with Allstate Insurance and if it had not been for AJ they still Would have refused to pay. He knows this business frontwards and backwards. He supervised the crew and then inspected final result even having the crew come out and take care of a small issue.

This is NOT a fly by night roofing company. Experience, craftsmanship and honesty. Hire this company today and ask AJ Menendez to take care of you as he did our family. Top notch!

So happy we used Commonwealth Roofing for our roof replacement! We got three estimates and Commonwealth came in the lowest. AJ Mendez came out and spoke with me about our needs and was very professional and very personal. He had the materials delivered and we had a date set in under a week. The team arrived early and worked all day from sunrise to sunset.

The crew worked non stop to install a new roof to the home and detached garage. They removed all the debris and swept the ground several times for nails with a magnetic devise. AJ, was very detailed in his survey of the needs of replacement and was the advocate to get funds from the insurance company to cover the replacement. I got a new roof on the secondary part of my roof back in 2013 and have used Commonwealth Roofing since then. They did a great job of cleaning up and communicating with me on what was going on during that re-roof. I have called them for a couple of repairs since then and they always take care of my roofing needs. Great Customer Service!

Just got my new roof put on today! We went with the barkwood color. I literally couldn't be happier with how awesome my new roof looks. Huge shout out to A.J. Mendez and his crew. A.J truly made the whole interaction seamless. He kept me informed on every little step which was incredibly fast by the way. My roof was inspected on a Thursday and completely and perfectly installed the very next Wednesday by an outstanding crew.

Commonwealth Roofing came to my rescue on an aging commercial flat roof in danger of falling. They were quick to respond with estimates. The work was performed efficiently and they kept me informed every inch of the way with calls and photos of the repair work. The work crew from Commonwealth Roofing came to our offices and repaired three leaks in the roof that were causing a lot of headaches! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. I have used Commonwealth Roofing on at least 50 jobs & I have never had a problem. They are very professional & will call to explain any issue they run into. Commercial roof job took 5 months to complete and then continued to leak, kept getting the runaround but they would eventually come back and try to fix the problem but it still leaks. Although they were nice, I am astounded by the level of incompetence.

New Roof installed. Very professional and reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.
