Had a very good experience with CERVICES they came out took the roof off in a day, cleaned up, and replaced the roof in a day after they finished you couldn't even tell they had been to the house. Our rep Austin took great care of us he spoke with our insurance company and made everything go smoothly I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We had problems with squirrels getting into the Soffit and into our attic. They came out, came up with a solution for repairs, made them and the squirrels have had to find another residence. Austin and the office were great to deal with. Hope we don't need them again but would definitely use them again on other projects. Fair price for work done. Cleaned up well. One of the best experiences we've had with a contractor we called out of the blue (they had good reviews and well-deserved)

I just had a roof installed by Cervices. Austin was the first person I had out to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what he was recommending for installation and why. After getting other estimates and opinions, I ultimately chose Cervices. The OC Oakridge roof looks great and I'm excited to see what the ridge venting does to my electric bill, as my attic was poorly vented. Austin even sent me pictures of the rotten and split boards in my roof that needed replacing so that I could rest assured that the expense was justified.

I like the warranty, although I hope to never need it. My roof installation did get postponed a day due to weather delays, which I expected given the forecast. I was a little frustrated I had to call to find out rather than being told earlier. I also thought Austin followed up on the estimate a little too soon considering I was clear that we was the first if multiple estimates I would be getting over the coming weeks. However, I don't think either of those minor gripes are worth taking away a full star. I would definitely recommend Cervices to my family and friends in the future.

I needed a gutter put on a metal carport. The carport didn't have the typical fascia board to mount the gutter to. We came up with metal supports added between the framing. The crew installed the gutter using self-tapping metal screws. I had a small, out of the norm project and Cervices was there to help me out. Thanks to Mitch and the crew.

If you are searching for a reputable, affordable roofing company in Louisville, Cervices LLC is the answer. Its comforting having a local company that can stand behind their work rather than the "traveling roofer" you have heard horror stories about. They are located near the Louisville Zoo but service all areas around Louisville as well as surrounding counties ie Bullitt, Spencer, Shelby etc.

They did such a great job. Austin, our estimator, really went above and beyond. When the install team was tearing out the gutters for the replacement, they found some serious wood damage. Austin actually drove to our house to explain everything. I thought that was such an amazing customer service touch. I also loved that if we changed our minds on a suggestion he had, that we could call them at anytime to come out and they'd make it happen. I'm so happy with the gutters, the crew, but especially Austin.

Okay, I waited a while to write my review so I could see how the overall job bettered my home. I had my 102 year old 2 story home completely resided with Vinyl siding. Fist, this was no small project. The owner and project manager at times could be a little slow with responding to calls/text, but were very respectful when the did return my call. Siding is no easy task as you have to account for weather, but they cannot work during rain.

So the project got started a couple of weeks late, but that worked out okay for me. It was 2020 and I wasn't going anywhere fast. The crew that worked on my home were timely and professional. If they couldn't answer a question, I would contact the owner Traci directly and he would give me an answer. They warned me that there could be serious problems that could add to the time of the project completion and cost. Well, we had issues, but they were brought to my attention and documented in writing along with pictures. Lets just say, I want the siding to be done right and look great so we had a few others concerns fixed by cervices as well (wood, window trims).

The project took around 5-6 weeks, but it was well worth it. All new siding and after this past winter with snow, rain, and everything, it seems to be doing just fine. A few places in our cellar are now dried up where some water got in before. People comment on how great it looks. We had all new gutters and downspouts installed as well, which drain perfectly.

On a side note we asked the crew to throw up a new light fixture and mailbox when they took down the old and they did so. All in all, if you have patience for a project like this, then Cervices is a great company who can provide you with professional work at a reasonable cost. Thank you Traci. Cordially, J. Hesley

Cervices did an amazing job on our roof. They were professional, fast and had amazing customer service. They inspected my roof and guided me through the entire insurance process. They even worked directly with my insurance company at times when necessary to help keep things moving. These folks are true professionals and know what they are doing. This isn't just a a couple of guys installing on the side, this is a real professional operation and it was awesome to watch professions work their craft.

They were fast, polite, did quality work. What I was most impressed with was their positive, helpful attitudes, and they were so clean! They did a two day job and they kept their work areas clean throughout the day and did a thorough cleaning before they left to protect my tires and my family from rogue nails. I am completely satisfied, highly recommend!

We had a couple of issues with our gutters. Austin quickly inspected the gutters and explained what was causing the problems. He was super professional and provided amazing customer service.

Tracy and his crew showed up one morning at 6:00 am and finished at 7:00 pm, the new roof is beautiful and the cleanup was remarkable! Tracy never left the site until the job was complete.
