I have a project that I need done, they are the company that provided the hoa approved fence we need. I've called a week prior and was transferred to a few different departments and left multiple voice-mail. No response. Today I come to the office and it's doors are locked because of covid. Says to call number and park in yard. So now I'm back at square one getting transferred and leaving voice-mail.
While sitting at the place of business. Edit! After speaking with the staff. I seen that the business was busy and they were running around to fulfill orders. They came through in the end.

I'd give negative stars for this company. They did the fence for my house with the builder. They left out 2 sections of "chicken wire" next to the house. Just a few feet. I called the company and asked if they could finish it because I have a dog. They said they don't do jobs under $600, but since they are in the area they would do it for $250. THEY DID THE VINYL BUT NOT METAL AND WANT TO CHARGE ME EXTRA?! I did it myself on crutches with a busted knee for less than $50 in parts.

Legit the worst company I have ever worked with, we needed a simple gate installed. Paid in full 5 weeks ago and they initially said they could get it done within two weeks. We hadn't heard anything so we reached out, had to call over and over again to finally get through to a rude lady that was no help. Called again, same thing. Finally got a hold of a new lady who said the order was never placed(even though we were already charged) and that they would get in touch with the crew and get them out there asap. A week later. still nothing. Customer service is terrible, management doesn't care. I'm over it, still no gate installed.

Horrible experience with follow up and customer service. Our rail is about to fall out and they will do nothing about it and cannot explain why it is ready to fall out. It is on the same corner where they installed our side fence. Said the fence went in 2017 and checked with the builder and found that it went in 2019. Builder never accessed the back yard after the fence was put in and neither did the landscaper. They were rude and condescending. Would not recommend them! They do not know the definition of accountability as it is always the customers problem, not theirs.

I wish there was a lower rating. I will never be using this company again. Lack of professionalism, follow through, and customer service is terrible. They did complete my fence but not to my satisfaction. When I reached out to have them come look at my concerns there was not response so I reached out again and 2 weeks later nothing still. Before it was installed, the sales team was terrible at communicating and I had to get a manager involved. I had someone ready to go to them for business but I did not and will never refer to this company.

I have been to Custom Fence a few times for fencing supplies but one visit stood out for me. We needed some 16 high PVC posts for a horse arena to replace ones that had been broken by the horses. Not only did they cut the custom lengths and locate the slots for the cross rails where we need them but they used some of their scrap pieces so we didn't have to buy as much new material.
They didn't charge us for the scraps and were very helpful and friendly. It was the kind of customer service that makes you smile the rest of the day. I recommend Custom Fence!
