J J Fencing

I hired J&J fencing for my Deck project and they sent out Jesse Spasks, he did an amazing job! Jesse was professional, completed the job on time, was punctual and answered all our questions we had. Also he does a great job of cleaning up!

Have contacted this company/owner several times with regard to fixing our front gate which they built and installed, which has come away from the house and is no longer usable. Justin supposedly came by and looked at it. After following up with him again, he said I'd be put on the schedule. That was several months ago, never heard back. In the meantime our side gate has now become almost impossible to use.

I'm not going to waste my time trying to get that fixed by this company. Will find a company who cares about the quality of their work and stands by their word. Will be worth paying for the same work all over again and not wait months for repairs.

Superb workmanship, prices are fair, very communicative and finished in timely matter. Only complaint is that my deck seems bigger than I imagined. So I guess I need new furniture!

Though the job done was of high quality, the job was poorly organized. Instead of taking one day, it took ten ( due to miscommunication with their vendor), and when asked to remove some debris caused by the putting up of the fence, my request was denied.surprising considering the hassles I had to endure. I found this to be a very frustrating experience and wished I had paid the extra money and gone with Long Fence, who I have been told is more reputable.

I am very happy with my fence. It has created a beautiful living space in my backyard that I enjoyed all summer. I was happy to work with Justin and his crew was fantastic. They really knew what they were doing. My neighbors remark on the beauty of the fence and how it has improved the property. We just finished staining the fence this past week. I love it even more. I will use this company for my next project in the spring.

I had a fence installed by JJ Fencing and Decks in 2016. This winter a driver lost control and damaged a section of that fence. I reached out to the company in March 2020 to ask about getting it repaired. I spoke with Danielle a was told I would receive a call back. As of April I had not been contacted so I called back and spoke with Danielle. I was told she "thought I had been taken care of" and requested that I text photos of the damage to their office number.

I did so within a few hours. I called back on April 6 and left a voice mail since I had not received confirmation that the photos had not been received. On April 9 I received an email requesting the photos be sent via email. I sent those photos within 2 hours and received confirmation within a few minutes stating that I would receive and estimate "ASAP".

I followed up with emails on April 15 and May 3 about an estimate and as of May 5 have not received a reply. I also left at least two voicemails between April 9 and May 5; none of which have been returned. JJ Fencing and Decks installed an adequate fence at a fair price, however, their willingness to ignore a repeat customer reflects very poorly on their business. I hope this review helps them improve their approach to customer relationships.

JJ Fence Co. did an awesome job. Professional, detailed estimate of the work to be performed and the work was completed on schedule, and to the specifications of the proposal. I would absolutely recommend this company. And I would absolutely use them again. Justin was great to work with, and he had a competent, neat and professional crew. And I had a very large fence!

Terrible company. My fence is under 15 year "warranty" and was done so poorly. Have had Justin come out twice. He is argumentative and combative and has not addressed the poor work or supplies provided. Have called many times and they ignore the calls. Do not respond to email, do not respond to voicemail. Had appointment scheduled and Justin never showed up.

Finally had a family friend put in screws to the boards so they would stop falling down after my dog got out of the yard and hit by car. Worst experience ever, worst money spent and on top of it have a large vet bill with my poor family member hurt from the poor service. Use caution in choosing the company for a fence if you are concerned of keeping your fur family safe. Justin's below response is unhelpful and inaccurate.

Multiple times I asked for the issue to be resolved/fixed. He came out twice and did not resolve the issue, spoke down to me and was hostile. After this visit is when my dog then escaped. As stated I had an appointment for him to come fix the fence as it was under warranty and he never showed. He would not answer my calls. He has my number and never called me after posting his response or answering my call when I tried again.

Please read all the reviews as many have similar concerns and issues, as I did. Also they closed their previous company named just JJ Fencing that had multiple similar reviews and opened this one.

The owner Justin is great to work with, easy going, and talented. They know their stuff and the prices are highly competitive for the quality of work received. Service:Wood fence
