What a horrible company. After requesting an emergency A/C repair, they proceeded to string us along for hours, claiming they were coming to help us. Then at the last minute, they canceled our emergency service call because we 'were not existing customers' Instead of giving us the chance to call someone else, they completely ruined our chances to have the problem fixed before the temperature hit 90+ degrees.

Very professional group of technicians that helped solved our AC problem. Originally, they thought it might by one faulty component and replaced it, turned out it was something else. They let me keep the original component and charged me much less for repairing the issue. Top class! Service: HVAC system repair

J.A. Sauer is phenomenal. So glad we chose them for updating our building's HVAC equipment. From the site survey, planning, installation and check out, I couldn't be happier. After talking to Mike and Stephanie at the Home Show, I called Stephanie to schedule repairs on the furnace I've been having issues with for two years (they are not the ones that installed it but no one else has been able to fix it). Tim came out to look at it, arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and was quickly able to locate two different issues with the furnace that had been looked over in the past by other companies. The furnace has been operating perfectly since. Can't say enough good things about my interactions with this company, highly recommend.

Had a new HVAC system install, completed on 03-22-22. Installation Technicians Anthony & Dillon did a solid job. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall experience dealing with the JA Sauer Co. Kevin came to our house and listened to my problems and shortfalls related to my old unit. Our boiler broke on one of the coldest days of the year and just a day before a winter storm dumped 10 of snow. Initially, it seemed like it was going to take 2-3 days to get the parts needed for the repair. We were so stressed about keeping our kids warm and pipes intact. Thankfully, Gerald was our technician. He called around to part stores for hours until finding one was willing to reopen on a Saturday night.

He then waited at the store for the part and stayed until ~11 PM making the repair ahead of the storm. I did not realize that this quality of service existed in Pittsburgh. I would have given 6 stars if it had let me.

I have been contracted with this company for at least 10 years for annual maintenance, they replaced my furnace and air conditioning unit, installed ductless unit. You will regret hiring JA Sauer. They did sloppy, unsafe work installing my furnace and then tried to extort money from me rather than fixing it: 1. They left a huge pile of rubble in my house after making a hole in the wall to run the vent pipe. No clean up, I had to clean up after them. 2. The guys who ran the thermostat wire did the sloppiest job I've ever seen: it wandered all over the basement, and was screwed into ductwork when making extra holes wasn't necessary. 3.

They left the thermostat wire dangling in the middle of a closet, which is totally unsafe. When I asked them to come fix it, rather than immediately offering to fix it (the right thing to do), they told me I owed them $300 (even though I had already paid their invoice of $3,800 in full for the agreed on work) and they would only come fix it after I paid them more than we had agreed on. This company is sloppy, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.

I have always used J A Sauer and will continue. They are by far the best! As in this instance, they originally came and the part used was faulty, they made me the priority and came back immeduately to identify the part was indeed bad and came back the following day with the new part Not only does everyone there know their job, but their treatment of clients Second to none I would recommend them to anyone and I am very picky with whom I do business with

Tym was the rep who diagnosed the issue with our Mitsubishi brand heat pump AC/Heating units. They'd been installed by the company in 2018 by the previous owner. Another HVAC company wanted $2000 just to look at it. JA Sauer have a not to exceed $800 price to fix a leak in the line and to replace the coolant, so we're glad we again have a working system for the 3rd floor. Thanks, Tym!

I called about an AC repair and they were really quick to respond and get me scheduled. The staff and technician were really friendly and easy to work with. Not to mention, they have reasonable, honest prices.

Technician was very informative and courteous! He took the time to explain what he was doing and even offered some suggestions about how to cool our second floor. They charged me $448 dollars to replace an inducer assembly (20 minute job).

I would recommend this company because the price is right and the people are awesome Matt and Anthony were very very very polite and nice and funny. It only took one day to put the furnace in in a second day to put in the air conditioning I would recommend this company highly if you're in need of a new furnace and air conditioning.

Don't bother calling them. I have no heat. They said today or tomorrow. Halfway thru "tomorrow ", they said sorry, "we'll put you on a wait list ". It will be another 3-4 days. I asked why they told me earlier they would be here yesterday or today and they said sorry- we're taking care of our regular customers. I've been waiting at home since yesterday morning. Don't waste your time like I did.

Nice people. Piss poor work. The amount of times they have to keep coming to finish/fix work is getting ridiculous, also still not fixed. Especially when they are doing a 10k job. I will not recommend

This location is awesome, great pricing, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, service, knowledge, a company that will stand behind there work, the install crew was awesome, kind, friendly, prompt, and professional. We had this company install a new HVAC system high efficiency, 16 sear unit, and two infinity wifi controls, , with zoning, new filter system, some duct work, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone.

Air conditioned went out on a hot Saturday night. We have exotic pets that are heat sensitive. They had a tech at our house within 30 min even at 2AM for emergency servicing. Our tech Tymothy Merry was amazing. He was professional and explained everything to me and showed me the problem. He had it fixed so fast and did so without even waking our neighbors. He probably saved my pets from the heat. Thank for the amazing service!

I recommend this company to everyone for their heating and cooling needs. Our furnace stopped working last week on Thursday morning around 4am. A tech was here that afternoon. The repair cost was not worth. paying for our 30 year old furnace, so we needed a new one. They were back at 8am Friday to remove and install the new furnace. Everyone there did everything they could to get us from a 47 degree house to warm again within 30 hours. I thank them for not leaving us with no heat over the weekend. All involved were great and a pleasure to work with

I called to set up an appointment over 3 weeks ago to have both of my furnaces checked over heading into winter. They told me within a day or two. After 3 phone calls to them and 3 weeks still no one has showed. Unbelievable!
