Who ever the man was that my wife and I talked to was rude and very belittling. My wife misspoke about what a piece of flooring was called and he condescending corrected her and continued each she misspoke. She is not a floor salesman she is a PM at a major Health care company with a college degree Mr floor genius. He then tried to correct me but I put the brakes on that because I do know what I'm talking about. Show people respect I wouldn't get anything here if was given away.

Just moved to the area, and my wife and I went into the location earlier this week to talk about new flooring options in the house we just bought - particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very rude, condescending service. After being approached by a gentleman and telling him what we were looking for, he said he didn't have time to discuss options and said he had to get back to his customer.
He approached us, not the other way around. Why approach someone if you do not have time to discuss options? It would have been different if we were told he was finishing up with another customer, or anything else. Before leaving, I asked who the manager was. I was asked by the same employee (who was standing behind a computer and not helping a customer), "Why do you want to know?" We again were not asked if it was something that he could help with, or with any other elementary level service response. Don't waste your time.

So we needed our 3 condos with new carpet we go in and have to use the restroom. Before we even get to the bathroom we're told bathroom is only for customers. Well the white haired clerk made assumptions i don't know if it was because our clothes or because I'm Mexican but was very rude so we decided we won't be customers then.
