I went to multiple floor stores and Floor City USA had the best value material. But above they are really great people, especially Sherry she is very funny and nice.

I've been their customer for 6 years and recommend them highly. Super owners, staff, merchandise and service. I keep going back and referring them.

I was very pleased with my experience -- both the sales staff (Terry) and the installation team (John Adams and company). The job was done ahead of schedule and the final price was $200 under the estimate.

Recent renovation of our tub and shower area in master bath. Floor City was awesome to work with. Brian provided great customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A much different experience than other places we visited. Jeff Gooden, who contracts with Floor City, did the majority of work (tearing out and removing old tub and shower) and prepping for new tub installation.

He installed all the tile, faucet and shower head and we could not have been happier with him and his work. He came early every morning and worked nonstop until late afternoon. He cleaned up everyday before he left. It's hard to find help with good work ethics these days. I would highly recommend Floor City and Jeff for any tile project. You will not be disappointed.

We recently had new flooring installed in our front room and kitchen, and Floor City was easily the most helpful place in town. They made sure we understood our options, and gave some follow-up alternatives when we stopped in 2-3 more times after our first estimate. John and his crew came out on time and worked around our crazy schedule and family life, and had everything installed on time. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Floor City again, and will be our first stop for home projects in the future!

Celes, our sales rep was fantastic! She guided us through the selection of our flooring material, provided many samples for us to view in our home, and made the installation process a breeze. The company that was contracted to do the installation, Artifice Floor Carpentry, did an excellent job, and paid attention to every detail. I had a great experience with Floor City USA. My tenants worked with them directly to schedule an estimate, which went smoothly. I worked with Terry to finalize the material options, costs, pricing, etc. Overall, it was a very smooth experience with no surprises. In addition, I thought they were very fairly priced in comparison to the local competition. Finally, they sub-contracted the installation to Lees' Flooring Inc and my tenants had nothing but good things to say about them.

So my friend and I walk in on a Wednesday to see what prices would be like for some granite tiling and also flooring for my bathroom. Long story short. The guy who helped us, Keith, was really helpful in both helping us find what we needed and then giving us tips about flooring options.

You couldn't meet a friendlier set of people to work with. Anytime I called or dropped by to ask any question, everyone, Scott, Jason, Katherine or any of the other employees were always happy to stop and help.
