We have done Business with them in the past and Have done amazing work. we went back to them to have our carpets replaced and the installers were very nice but unfortunately in the process of having our carpets replaced they damage my daughters room carpet when they lifted up her carpet to blend in with the new carpet which the installers had pointed out to us beforehand that they were going to have to play with it to make it match. they also left a gap/hole in our bedroom when we replaced our bedroom carpet when we spoke with the floor manager they refuse to take responsibility for the damage done to her carpet but did say they would be able to fix the mistake in our bedroom.

I told him I wanted my daughters room carpet replaced I was willing to pay for some of it. But was informed there is a minimum in which to purchase carpet and then asked me if I wanted to just go ahead and replace the last three bedrooms that we already currently have our original carpet in. Which turned out to be another $3600 which is not feasible.

To just replace my daughters room would be over $1400. I can't even explain my disappointment in this company after we've done business with them now twice. After spending almost $7000 on new carpet. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere as we are probably going to be forced to have to do now to fix my daughters damage carpet.

This was my second time using this company and once again they were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and quick both times. Will be using them again in the future and definitely recommend them.

Adam and his team at Act 1 Flooring did an excellent job on installing my new plank flooring! The guys were very courteous, professional and even cleaned up after themselves including vaccuuming my home! I highly recommend them for any of your flooring and tile needs!

After using Act 1 Flooring on two different occasions for tile and backsplash in the kitchen and most recently for flooring in 3 bedrooms, I can truly say that anyone there can help and guide you with your decisions and choices. Ashley is a Super Star who had the patience of a Saint or even Job from start to finish. If they say it's going to happen and it will look great, you can believe that it is so.

We've had them do work for us twice now and they were top notch both times. Most recently they came and did some grout work in our home to get it ready to sell. They were quick and the owner, Adam, came to do it himself because we were in a time crunch and his teams were all out on other jobs. He then came and measured my son's new room so we could get it tiled, because of his allergies.

The team that came to do that was quick and professional. They matched the grout perfectly to the rest of the house. We are so pleased and will definitely be going to them for any updates we need in the future!

We got luxury vinyl plank flooring put in by Act 1 in June of 2019. After 6 months we noticed a couple of issues but we got busy and mistakenly didn't call until it had been over a year. Act 1 said the product had been recalled and wouldn't do anything. The owner didn't return our calls. Now two years later we have cracked and coming apart floors in every room. I tell everyone it that Act 1 is responsible.

Love the customer service while helping me choose my flooring: carpet and tile for bedrooms and kitchen. We also found a great tile for the hearth! Ashley and Adam are consummate professionals! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Totally professional and quick turnaround time! Got a great price on my floors and got them super fast! Hurricane Sally ravaged my house but they got me back to normal! Highly recommend. We purchased a Shaw luxury vinyl flooring product from Act 1. Adam was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Adam and his staff were very knowledgeable. We went with Act 1 for our installation as well. We met John the installation manager one morning on one of are many visits to there show room. John was great to talk to and gave great unbiased opinions on product in the show room.

We had Act 1 install also. Nick our installer was fabulous. He acted like he was putting it in down in his house. Very detail oriented. The pre clean after carpet and 38 years of linoleum was pulled up was thorough. As was the clean up before they left. Love our floors.

It was not a large job, but we still received their interest and attention. Completed timely and at good cost- couldn't have asked for more!

Update: 4/25/17: Adam from ACT1 made things right and re-grouted our tile floor.he did much of it himself. Go somewhere else! Act 1 installed our tile floor last summer. Terrible job on the grout! We called and emailed them for months before they finally came out to see it. Then, we were told it was a flaw in the grout and they had to send pictures to the manufacturer for approval to redo! Months later they finally got approval and the repair wasn't any better.having another company repair again because ACT 1 doesn't know what they are doing. Tile is great but their installers and customer service is awful!

Adam Sexton at Act 1 does a great job with handling our tile and carpeting needs! We have built 30 houses in the last three years and Act 1 Flooring has been a key factor in our success. Adam makes sure all of our orders come in on time and does a very professional job communicating with our team, keeping schedules, and and in making sure deadlines are met.

Superb experience glad I chose Act I. All workers I engaged with were knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed high level of experience. After showing interest in a particular product the office even called to advise the product had gone on sale and gave the available price. I actually made up my mind weeks later and ordered the preferred product.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I can't even begin to list all the problems that was encountered from tile supply defects to material amount ordered mistakes. Then poor installation with many cracks in grout and the lack of sealing resulting in mold much later. After cleaning the mold more cracks were found which I think will require the removal of all grout and reapplication by another company. They are far from the best price anyway but I though paying more would get me a quality job, I was wrong.

After purchasing tile from Act 1 for a kitchen backsplash I was happy with my purchase so I decided to have them contract the work on the install. This is the point where my good experience with Act1 ended. I live about 25 miles where they are located and asked if this distance would be an issue and I was told it would not be. Once I decided to schedule the work and make a deposit I had to call several times to try and get the work scheduled even though I was assured someone would call me to schedule the job, no one ever did.

The weekend before the job was supposed to be completed I still had not received a firm date even after paying my deposit, so once again I called them to find out what was going on. When Brian called me back he said he was waiting on me to respond to his email, of which I never received, because there was a $100 out of town fee. This fee was never mentioned before and was about a 25% increase of my small job. After putting up with enough of their poor customer service I canceled the job and now I am left with an unfinished kitchen just in time for my family to come and visit.

We hired ACT 1 for a master bath remodel and were extremely pleased. The company called when they said they would and their employees and sub-contractors showed up when they said they would. The tile folks did a great job and worked so hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Final cost was right on the estimate. Everyone was polite and helpful!

I just had a bathroom partially renovated and had a large shower installed and I cannot say enough great things about Act 1 Flooring. Adam Sexton was the designer and he had great ideas and was very prompt about keeping me informed on progress, materials, etc.
