I highly recommend Quality Garage Door Repairs. My garage door broke over the weekend. I called on Monday at 2 pm to get it fixed. Kurtis arrived at my home just an hour later. Kurtis was professional and quickly troubleshooted the problem. He identified the problem as a broken spring. He changed both springs and even fixed the bells free of charge within 20 minutes. The whole process was quick and smooth.

Curtis is the best garage door service person you will ever have! Very nice, explains things, cost for services are very reasonable. He did not try to over sell but explained how the parts worked and improved the mechanics and longevity of the garage door. I called Quality Garage Door Repairs at 1130am today (03/24/2022) and they had their technician (Kurtis) out here at 1230pm. I had a broken spring for reference. He did a quick assessment, said he had the parts in his truck and said about 45 minutes to fix. He did the job in 30 minutes and garage works great again. I definitely recommend, especially if you're in the Mira Mesa area as the tech lives locally.

One of the coils snapped on our garage door, and we were unable to open it. After calling first thing in the morning, a technician was at our place a little after 8 AM and was able to repair the issue very quickly. This was not something I would try to fix on my own since there is some danger involved and it would have taken much longer. The tech also made a recommendation on another part and checked everything else out. I'd recommend this company for their quick, thorough service and 20+ years experience in the business.

We contacted Quality garage door in the morning as we wanted to get an automatic garage door opener. Their installer, Kurtis, met with us the same day at noon. After a quick evaluation, Kurtis suggested the best solution for our setup We decided to go ahead with the purchase The installation was performed the next day. Some adjustments and modifications had to be done the day of the installation. Curtis helped me change the two torsion springs and drums on my roll-up garage door. He explained the quality of the different springs and its cost. He was courteous and professional. He lubricated the door and made sure everything was working. The repair went really fast. Very good experience overall and would highly recommend. Our 14-yr old 1/3 hp garage door opener's motor died. Called Quality Garage Door Repairs. Curtis arrived earlier than scheduled (made me happy), got right to work and in no time we had a brand new 1/2 hp opener, remotes and outside keypad. Curtis cleaned up the work area and you can't every tell he was here. I would not hesitate to recommend Quality Garage Door Repairs.

Today I had THE best experience with Quality Garage Door Repairs and Kevin. This is the second time I've used them over the years. My 34 yr old opener needed to be replaced. Kevin installed a new one at a really fair price and the product is amazing. The customer service is top notch and I've found them to be highly experienced and great at communicating what needs to be done. I had the pleasure working with Kevin. I called their office at 0730, inquired about my garage door issue. Kevin arrived exactly the time he stated over our conversation. Our discussion was brief, he knew exactly what was the problem I was having. He got to work and had my garage door fixed within 35-40 minutes.
