Residential projects, whether for new or existing construction, must also be defined or programmed according to a client's budget and goals. We take a somewhat informal approach to our residential projects and find that both new building and existing alterations require incremental solutions in advance of design.

Retail Services

This is an architectural term applied here to retail environments. It means to define a project, which in the retail world may, or may not, start with the business and marketing plan. Also, any retail project with a substantial building program would be considered a commercial project as well.

Commercial

Report

A commercial and/or public space project must also be defined or programmed according to a client's budget and goals. Many projects are about places where the public encounters a business or organization. Others may be about work or production spaces. Most are activity based projects focused on both high function and high impact visual presence.
