The founder and principal of Wheeler & Associates Architects, LLC, Michael Wheeler is a registered architect with more than 35 years of professional experience. He has an extensive background in architecture, residential renovations and additions, new homes, retirement facilities, restaurants, private clubs, retail interiors and space planning.

Michael also has a wealth of experience in computer applications to architecture and 3D modeling. A resident of Alexandria, Michael is involved in civic affairs and has served on numerous City boards, including 12 years as an architect member of the Board of Architectural Review, Old & Historic District and two terms as an architect member of the Building Code Board of Appeals.
