Inquired about some carpet work from a friend Monday night, was contacted that evening by Rick. He said that he may have an opening the next morning and would let me know. Well, the next morning he did contact me and said that he would have someone in the area and would 11 am work? Aaron was early (instead of me waiting for him like with so many other companies) and he did a fantastic job.

He was professional and clean. The job that he did turned out great and I couldn't be more happier about it. The customer service and prompt response was so contrary to what I normally experience. Will continue to use and especially recommend this company. Hey

I was with M & M Flooring before DFS Flooring bought M & M Flooring in 2014. I started using DFS flooring and they have been a nightmare. I have been double invoiced on four different jobs totaling around $10,000.00. These are invoices that I paid promptly and then 3 or 4 months later I received an invoice stating that these invoices had not been paid. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with and I will never work with them again.
