Boehm installed mini splits into our new home this spring and we love them! The crew was professional and efficient, the project was completed early than expected and the price was far more reasonable than other quotes we received. We'll definitely use Boehm again! Service: Install AC

We selected Boehm to install AC mini-split system in our 1940 era home in June of 2022. The 2 reasons we chose them were that they had the best price, and we liked best their plan for where the units would be placed in the home. Within a week after the installation was complete, it stopped cooling. Here is where they earned our recommendation. They came out the day we called, Friday, identified there was a leak, charged the system until they could return after the weekend to fix the leak.

The leak was fixed within a few hours and we have been cool ever since. Neither Boehm nor us want to be in a situation where a new $13,000 system doesn't work. But we found out how responsive they are when you need their help. 2 final points, If you like to work with family owned, local businesses like we do, Boehm is the epitome, during installation, Jeff, his father and his uncle were onsite, along with a few other technicians.

One criticism I have is they can do better at pro-active communication. I found I would be the one to call to find out when installation was scheduled or when they would arrive for service. All things considered, we are very satisfied and think you will be too.

Dependable. Honest. Reliable. In 1988 my furnace went out. The wind chill was 50 below. Boehm arrived right away and found carbon monoxide readings. The next day they were back installing a new furnace in my 900 sq. ft Como home. Fast forward. I am a newer home and the furnace goes out on a winter evening. Jeff showed me my options and had a new furnace installed two days later. I am fortunate that we have a family, neighborhood business who is dependable, honest and reliable.

Bought a house recently and one of our bedrooms did not have heat. Tom came out and figured out the problem (and with no charge!). Tom and his crew came out later to put in new ductwork and they did a fantastic job! Even beyond installing, he took the time to explain about our furnace and how we can maximize our heating and cooling. I absolutely 100% recommend Boehm Heating & AC - the entire staff are professional, nice, and extremely knowledgeable.

These guys are great. Not cheap but what furnace place is ($180/hr non-rush, ~$300/hr rush) but all my problems they've fixed in an hour and usually on the same visit without messing around. They are legit and flexible.

Boehm's really saved us this week. Our heat went out late at night. it was -15 below and we were out of town. Boehm's had closed so we called another company who said they'd come out; they never showed up and never called. We called Boehm's first thing in the morning and they were out 15 minutes later and fixed the issue promptly. We have used them other times in the past and they are always fantastic - THANK YOU BOEHM'S!

Excellent company and local! After taking about 8 bids, Boehm exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The owner is able to balance taking care of customers and his employees. One of my kids was exposed to Covid-19, I told the owner. He said he didn't want to even risk the chance of any of his employees being potentially exposed. Now that's a company that has its priorities in order. Keep up the excellent work team Boehm!

When my extremely old boiler broke down a few weeks before Christmas (in the middle of a cold snap, of course), I needed help I could trust, and quick! Boehm provided excellent service. Jeff Boehm made the time to come by as soon as he could, and within a few hours dropped a handwritten estimate for install on a new boiler on my front porch. Within the week, the whole family crew was out, setting me up with heating that worked far better than before.

And when a few of my ancient radiator valves later leaked (they weren't used to have a boiler with real power!), Jeff came out to fix them right away. They also helped me set up an easy payment system to make the process as painless as possible. Boehm is affordable, professional, and provided a quality product I'm sure will last many years--I will not hesitate to call them again with any heating/cooling needs.
