I have worked with Eaton to fix my damaged roofs on two residences. They do great work and are extremely responsive. When they make an appointment, they keep it. They worked with my claims adjusters as well, who also appreciated their knowledge. Jack is great to work with and always takes care of the customer first. Definitely recommend.

Reasonably priced. Good quality products. Professional and on time as promised, no delays or no shows. Arrived just as scheduled and workers were clean and professional. We had 3 roofs replaced due to wind damage. They finished all 3 roofs in two days. During the installation of one house a crew member stepped through the decking into the ceiling. As soon as we noticed after work, we reached out to Curt and he said they were going to make it right. Their ceiling guy Steve called that same day and set up a time for the next day to start repairing the ceiling. During the whole process they were quick to respond and easy to work with. We will recommend and use Eaton Roofing in the future! Thank you!

We have been using Eaton roofing for close to 20 years, first to repair damaged wood shakes, then to replace the roof and gutters on our home as well as repair shingles on a home that my daughter purchased. Recently my son purchased a house that needed the roof repaired before we could close. Jack Burks did his usual great job; inspected the roof, provided a very competitive quote, met with the sellers insurance adjuster and had the roof installed before closing. Excellent work and service! We will be back to them whenever we have roofing needs.

Pretty simple review. Needed a new roof and stumbled across Eaton by word of mouth from a friend. Jack, a guy worth working with, is efficient, professional and I could tell he's also good human. He did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop every step of the way, orchestrating the roof replacement itself, but also following up with me after completion to ensure I had a good experience with Eaton.

There were two weather related delays during the project, and yet I never felt like my new roof was anything less than a priority during every step and/or momentary delay. 11/10 would recommend. My new roof looks great

I have had shingles blown off different spots on my roof due to storms/wind twice in the past year. Each time, I was surprised how quickly they were able to come out, look at my roof, and give me an estimate. Both times the estimate was less than I was expecting. This last time, they were even able to get my repairs done a few days prior to the initial timeline given. Jack was amazing to work with and very informative! Staff has lots of roofing experience so you know you are working with professionals.

Adam was great to work with throughout the whole process. He personally worked with the insurance company to get, not only my roof replacement covered, but also all new guttering and skylights. It made my life so much easier to have someone who knew what they were doing navigate that. The finished roof, gutters, and skylights all look fantastic. He noticed that my old gutters were to small and he had much larger ones put up. I have already noticed a huge difference with less clogging and better drainage. A hail storm had damaged our roof and I was referred to Eaton by MANY people. I met with Jack Burks and he got going right away, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Between him and our adjustor they made the process incredibly simple and hassle free. The roof looks fantastic and no trash or nails were left behind. Nothing is more unsetteling than to feel a drip from your skylight during a rain storm. The very next morning I called Eaton Roofing and Dave K was both responsive and understanding. He actually called me later that afternoon and stopped by to give us an estimate. Upon inspection, he felt that the job was something that he could actually repair on the spot. WHAT?

Who gives this kind of amazing service? While we understand that we might have been the exception, having used Eaton Roofing previously, we knew they were professional, high quality, and just good people. I briefly explained to our contact, Jeramy, that I wanted to add some cedar accents to our home in addition to painting the exterior. He took my thoughts and ideas and immediately came back with detailed costs and timeframe, and provided his own helpful input that made my original plan even better. He walked around with me as I told him what I wanted to do as far as paint options, etc., took the time to listen carefully, and then gave me his best professional recommendation before passing the job onto the job supervisor and paint company he referred me to. Excellent communication and follow up from Jeramy throughout the process - very pleased and we've gotten a ton of compliments. Highly recommend!

Adam was a great inspiration to us when he arrived at our house. He projected a very positive attitude, was very knowledgeable with the product and was very pleasant to work with. He made several trips down to the house before, during and after the job was completed to ensure nothing was overlooked. From the material delivery, the crew's performance (including the person who worked the ground to keep all trash and nails picked up) all presented a very professional attitude. I highly recommend Easton Roofing. In the past several years I have used them twice after storm damage--I have multiple properties. They do excellent work, and are honest about things. They are timely with their jobs; they get the jobs completed quickly without sacrificing quality. Their pricing is fair and competitive. They are very responsive to any concerns I might have--responding promptly and explaining it to me.

I hope that I don't have storms again that would require roofing work; but if that happens, I definitely will call Eaton Roofing. I know they do quality work and are fair. And most importantly to me, they are honest and trustworthy!

I had my roof and gutters replaced by Eaton Roofing & Exteriors this summer. They did a superb job, cleaned up and picked up the nails around the house. Great experience getting new roof from Eaton. Chose Eaton after checking with BBB (A+), getting recommendation from my insurance agent, getting multiple quotes, and reading reviews. Adam provided quick turnaround on quote and was very knowledgeable. Installation was efficient and Adam made sure I was happy with the result. No surprises at end of process.

Eaton replaced our roof a few years ago, and we had such a good experience with them, we had them design and replace all of our siding this year. They exceeded our expectations! We had an amazing experience with Eaton Roofing and Exteriors. I am so glad that we were referred to Eaton by a friend. I called four different places to get quotes, Eaton was the most responsive and most friendly. The crew who showed up to do the work worked so hard. They were able to complete the project in one day. They covered our planters and cleaned up their materials really well.

They even ran a magnet around the property to make sure all of the nails were picked up. We worked with Adam and he was helpful from start to finish. He explained the process very well so we knew what to expect, he answered all of our questions, and he showed up the day after the roof was replaced to inspect the installation/workmanship. He also helped us to order new rain gutters for our house and was very helpful as we were dealing with our insurance company. Thank you Eaton! I have already passed your name on to a couple of other people.

Great customer service. Large, steep roof so it took a couple days to finish, but they moved very quickly and efficiently. Doesn't seem to have any issues so far. Only complaint was one guy had his shirt clear up in front of our dining room windows before we were ready to eat because he was showing his tattoo to a co-worker. Thankfully kids hadn't walked in yet. Roof/gutters themselves look great though.

Had a disappointing experience with this company. Although they were responsive to our leak complaints it required multiple attempts and 87 days for repair and remediation to achieve air quality approval. Multiple additional repairs were required to correct their initial workmanship. They owe us money for personal losses, cleaning services, and home depreciation but refuse to act responsibly and professionally. They also lied about extending our warranty.
