Rhoden Roofing was fantastic from beginning to end! I felt pretty good about calling Rhoden after reading the reviews. They were all good, and not wrong! Jordan and Seth came and explained everything so clearly I had NO concerns. When they installed, the crew was fantastic-they were polite, well organized, and respectful of the property. A special notice to Michael James, Field Manager, he was so calm and efficient, he runs a great team! Also, the "behind the scenes" staff. I haven't met them in person but I talked to Megan when I had a question and she was so helpful! Rhoden is the one to call!

Rhoden roofing did an outstanding job on my roof and gutter replacement. Keith was very informative on the entire process and came to the house several times to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The new roof and gutters look great. Would definitely recommend them for any type of roof work.

Rhoden Roofing responded to my phone call and came to my house when they said they would to inspect my roof damage and leak problems. Their estimate was very reasonable so I gave them the job. They came quicker than I expected and did the work quickly and very professionally in a few hours. The replacement work on my two skylights was flashed just as I expected and the way it should have been done when the house was built 9 years ago. Thank goodness they are totally opposite to the roofing company I used at my previous home. It was the contracting job from hell and those guys still in business!

Their salesman Dave Bennett had the best presentation, product knowledge, punctuality, and followup of all the companies I interviewed. I interviewed five different companies for the job. The roof installation was done on time, very well, and without problems. Dave Bennet with Rhoden Roofing also handled everything with the insurance company. As a building contractor myself I highly recommend using them for the great work they do.

Great company, definitely recommend. They handled my insurance easily and even got some other repairs covered for me. Roof was scheduled quickly, completed quickly, and it looks great! Jordan was a great rep, patient and persistent yet not pushy like some other "top rated" companies we got estimates from. It took several weeks for insurance to process my claim on my end and Jordan checked in often. Everyone I had contact with in this company was kind and knowledgeable.

A superb experience! Very helpful with questions, care of plants and lawn and always keeping up with the discarded products. End result, our home has a fantastic new look! Keith the estimator was very informative on the whole process to us. when the job got underway, they had the old roof off and 5 new deck boards and new shingles on within 4 hours. and Tom Morgan was great to work with and keeping us informed. We would highly recommend Roden Roofing. came out a few days later and put on the gutters.

Initially, I was unhappy about the billing. They forgot about the de attached garage roof. They realized their mistake and eliminated the cost for garage roof work. All is good. Thanks to Megan and Keith for getting this resolved.

From the very beginning of my roofing project, Rhoden Roofing was incredible. They were thorough with every step. Their communication was excellent and they answered every question I had throughout the entire process. They dealt with any and all questions from the insurance adjuster. They were in my driveway promptly at 7:30 and I was back at my home by 2:30 doing the finished walk around with Tom.

They have quite an organized process, from start to finish. Originally, I hadno idea what to expect and I was really dreading the whole process but I can honestly say I've never experienced anything so smooth and seamless in all my years as a homeowner. I just had Rhoden install my 2nd roof in 5 years. Both experiences have been flawless. They do great work and protected all my landscape while they worked. Employees were professional and did a great job with clean up as well. Highly recommend!

Just had a roof replaced yesterday- one day! the crew was punctual, knowledgeable and took great care of my structure and property. The job was supervised and all my questions were answered. Leading up to the job, the staff communicated every step of the way. The crew were detail oriented and did the little things that that made the job stand out. My property was left in perfect shape and our home's appearance was significantly improved. I cant imagine hiring anyone else to do a roofing job

Contacted Rhoden Roofing off of their TV ad. John the estimator came out on a Friday to assess hail damage. Said he should have an estimate to me by the end of the next week. Hadn't received the estimate so texted him 10 days later to get an update and received no response. Called his cell number the following day and left a message - no response. So much for being an award winning Roofing and Exterior Contractor.

This team is thorough, and cares about your home's welfare. The owners are easy to deal with, fair and kind. A roof is a huge investment and it's important to invest in a company that knows that and doesn't take the responsibility lightly.

Was having some painting done and discovered a leak in the roof. Matt came out the next day and identified the problem and immediately took care of the problem.
