Custom Made Wood Windows and Architectural Designworks LLC is a custom woodworking company here to accommodate your all your historic wood home restoration efforts. We primarily focus on custom wood windows and custom wood doors but also specialize in many other types of custom woodworking projects such as wood turning, wood mantles and millwork.

No project is too big or too small, we would be happy to work with you no matter what! Our goal is to provide you with historically correct wood products milled to your specifications. We have been serving the Portland Oregon area with our fine craftsmanship for over 35 years and have worked on my historic homes throughout the northwest.

Our entrance doors can be made in any style or size you desire, we build all our custom entrance doors out of CVG Fir ( a very high quality durable grade of lumber) or if you have a specific wood request that works too. Customization is key to our wood entrance door options, if you have an idea or design we can make it!

Custom Made Wood Windows and Architectural Designworks LLC can design and create any style of wood door, whether it is a cabinet door or a grand entry door, we do it all! We only use high quality wood construction and use a mortise and tenon method in our construction to give it strength and durability.

Casement

Wood casement windows are a great addition or upgrade to any window space. Casement windows are hinged window types that typically open outward to the left or right. Whether you have an aging casement window that needs repair or are simply looking to upgrade an existing window to a wood casement window then you have come to the right place.

Double Hung

Classic double hung windows are a great addition to any new home or historic northwest home. Double hung windows have two sash panes in a single frame which can slide up or down to provide much needed ventilation. If you have worn or damaged double hung windows they can be repaired but many times a full replacement window is needed.

Do you have worn or damaged windows? Many times old windows can be repaired but sometimes it makes more sense to install completely new wood windows that either match your existing windows or in any style you prefer.
