Lifetime Windows & Doors

Lifetime Windows and Doors is an excellent company all around. We had 14 Milgard Trinsic Vinyl windows and a Milgard Tuscay Patio Door installed replacing our 25 year old aluminum frame windows. Our vinyl siding posed a problem to all of the other companies we got quotes from, with various different installation methods that were destructive and gaudy. Tate, our sales representative, was very helpful in our decision making process, very knowledgeable and patient with our learning process and got us a very competitive deal, and has been in helping us even after the install! Sio, their Install Lead, came out and did the final measurements and re-answered our questions and even dropped by twice during the install and after to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, Installation was a breeze due to Josh and Cody's very apparent knowledge, experience and expertise in dealing with our vinyl siding.

They carefully removed it piece by piece and set it aside in an orderly pattern, patched all nail holes, installed the windows and put the siding back one piece at a time, right back where it came from. They took pride in their work from arriving and greeting us thru the installation and their cleanup care made it look like they had never even been here, maybe even cleaner than when they got here. We are really impressed by this crew and their representation of Lifetime Windows and Doors, who should be proud to have such diligent employees as Tate, Sio, Josh and Cody.

We replaced all our old 1970's windows with Milgard vinyl windows. They look sharp and make a significant difference in insulating the house. Enrique and Ricardo did excellent work and did everything we asked them to do. Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

BY FAR the most reasonable price of all of the bids we were given. We had all of our basement windows replaced and they are all of high quality. Enrique and Hugo were very professional with the installation. They took all of the necessary lead precautions, with our old home and even finished a day early! Will be using them for all future window needs.

Good experience all around. Had a handful of windows and a door replaced. Window install went fine. There was a trim issue with the door install but they sent someone out right away to fix it. They also ordered a second handle because the first one felt odd so we could confirm that's just how they're designed. Responsive and helpful throughout, would work with again.

I got a few quotes but I decided to go with Lifetime Windows & Doors based on their professionalism and honest inputs provided on the condition of my existing windows. The quotes I received is great for 9 windows, a patio door and several casings that go along with windows. The whole installation was done within 4 days and the communication from the start till finish has been awesome.

I appreciate the team (Kai, Keith, Solomon & Karl) attention to details and quick response to issue surfaced (one of the windows has a crack developed during the shipment from factory). I'm also impressed by Kai's suggestion to the interior window casing design and how he blends the casing with the existing window trim pieces. Overall, I'm very pleased with the team and I'm looking forward to work with LWD again in the future for my door/windows need.

Very pleased with the every person who orchestrated my project from Alvin our sales representative to Kai, and Keith the installation team. Not only do they take the time to explain the process, they went beyond the call of duty. Lifetime Windows and doors are second to none. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality workmen ship.

This is the third time we have used Lifetime Windows and Doors. The first two times were in our old house and now we have started to replace windows and doors in our new house. Every time we have used them from the estimate to the team that measures to the installers they have been on time and gotten the job done well. Alvin did our estimate and he was amazing.

He knew his products and explained why one product was better than another or why the ones we thought we wanted wouldn't work. Josh and Cole were our installers, they spent a week doing the 10 windows and a set of French doors. At the end of each day they cleaned up so well that you would never know they had been there. They were friendly and answered our questions as they came up.

We have a lot of custom trim in our home and they were able to match it which was important to us. We will definitely use Lifetime for our remaining 22 windows and 2 doors when it is time to replace them.

We had a few companies come out, but found the greatest value and friendliness with Lifetime. Tate was friendly and knowledgeable about the products they offered and we felt no pressure to buy. Unfortunately (no fault of Lifetime) the windows were many months out, but now that they are installed we couldn't be happier. Enrique and Sal were PHENOMENAL for install.

They did 7 windows and a sliding glass door in a couple days. Efficient, knowledgeable and again, super easy to work with. Even with rainy weather, they pushed through with ease.

We had a big job and in the end I am very happy with the work and the company they stand by there work. I would call them again.

When our wood clad bay window was leaking, we sought bids from three contractors, Lifetime was one of them. Joe from Lifetime Windows and Doors was on time, polite, and professional. Lifetime's bid was very competitive.

I found out about Lifetime Windows & Doors through Costco and I have never regretted using them to make my house and rental feel like homes. I needed 16 windows installed in my 1920 house. I met Tim when he came out to measure all the windows and I was very impressed with him.

We hired Lifetime Windows & Doors to replace the LP Siding on our house (which was long overdue for replacement). Additionally, we had a kitchen window replaced. The siding work on our 2 story house was done with attention to detail.

These guys are the best don't search any further for custom windows. I had to get one custom window created, and they helped me out quickly and at a fair price. I called around to a few places in Portland, and they didn't want to deal with my request as it was one window versus a whole home.
