While the door and the install were solid, the process to get there was anything but. They ordered and installed a wrong door initially, "lost" our key that we mailed in to get matched in the office (so didn't key to match initially), said both doors would take one day to install, but the actual install took three days and multiple back and forths to get everything in (including tracking down our key).

I asked for a discount based on the hassle and initially they were discussing but then declined because they said "issues happen." I was told the office would send me a new final bill, but it's been 48 hours and still haven't. So unclear if I should pay off the original or if something will change. Again, the issues were fixed and we're happy with the final product (it is nice), but if I'm paying this much, I'd expect the process to be extremely smooth and if not, get a little discount.

I was super unhappy with this company. I spoke at length with them and I let them know how I thought they could "make it right" and they declined to do that. As people, everybody I talked to or worked with was very nice. This is not a personal issue. I simply felt that the quality of work was poor especially considering they charge as much as they do for both the product and the labor. (and the wait was at least 5 months) My expectations were high, and they were not met. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Google send me to this place where they were to sell Anderson storm doors. That's not accurate but they were amazingly great people

I sold this product and found it to be the most well conceived solution for an insulation method with a minimum disturbance to ones home.

Working with them to have our door and window replaced was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They made the process so much less stressful and the product is so high quality. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Henderson & Daughter replaced all 3 levels of the original 1911 windows in my home. I had two levels done a couple years ago. And today finished all of the house with new basement windows. Scott did the install. today. Our house is as clean and spotless when he left as when he came in. Such professional and friendly service from everyone associated with this great company.

All of the windows are beautiful. The windows I chose keeps the 1911 character of the house. The difference in the outside noise is astounding. And I can't say enough good things about how these windows have changed the heat loss and drafty chill we used to get. But the other surprise is how much cooler the house is during the summer also.

We had our back sliding door replaced 3 years ago. Our handle quit working, it wouldn't lock. I called them, and they had a technician out and the handle fixed with in two hours. I love the customer service, I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

We had our front door replaced recently, and Henderson & Daughter did a fantastic job both during the sales process and the installation. The salesperson, Ken, came armed with several product catalogs and talked us through all of the things we needed to consider when selecting a door / glass finish / hardware. They came back with a competitive offer within 24 hours, but indicated that the door would not be available until September. Lo and behold, we got a call in mid-July that the door was available and they could install it 2 days later! Installation was smooth and we love our new door. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We just had a patio door and an entry door replaced by Henderson & Daughter. Wendy MacVicar, their Design Consultant, was very helpful and thorough in helping with our order. On our installation day, this last Thursday, Scott Smith called us once he was loaded and let us know his ETA. Scott did a great job on the installations, called us over. several times during the process to tell us what he was doing and why, and worked efficiently. Scott was very good in explaining things and was very neat in cleaning up after the job was done. We are very pleased with our new doors and the very professional way we were treated from beginning to end. Great job everyone!

Henderson & Daughter by far is one of the best companies I have worked with. When I initially reached out for a quote I received a response within hours and had Debbie scheduled to do a site visit within a couple of days. Debbie did not push a hard sale, there was no pressure to buy, and you could tell her only interest was to make sure we understood what products they had to offer and how they could help us.

We were very happy with the initial meeting that we decided to use their service for our window replacement. Each step of the way Debbie was very easy to communicate with. She took her time with us explaining the pro's and con's of each window type, helped us vision a new look to our home, and answered every question we had about the process. Debbie was absolutely amazing to work with.

When it came time to install the team did a wonderful job. They were quick, attentive to the surroundings and very clean/tidy. We were very impressed with Henderson & Daughter from start to finish.

We got our windows! My husband and I stopped by to check out their showroom and windows. They were very knowledgeable. We still have to have their estimator come out and see our house and what we need. We were very pleased with our experience. I will update after we get our windows. We had windows installed for the whole house. Our house was built in the 1940's so we had single pane wood windows.

They replaced those with double pane. They look beautiful and keep out noise and the weather a lot more than our old windows. The installers had to do some replacing of framing on basement windows due to dry rot. They did a great job, quick and left us with sparkling windows. I highly recommend Henderson and daughter.

These folks are so great! A pleasure to deal with, reasonable quotes, and they do a great job. They just replaced an old port window for us that had been hidden for years until we replaced the siding last summer and uncovered it. The wood in the window underneath was rotten and couldn't be saved. They replaced it with this beautiful new Milgard window.

We absolutely love it. Once we paint the trim white it'll be perfect! Hoping to have a sliding glass door put into our office later this year to give us direct access to the backyard, and if Henderson & Daughter are available, I will definitely hire them to do it.

We had the windows throughout our 25 year-old house replaced as well as the patio door. We cannot believe what a difference it has made in keeping the heat out during these recent hot days. Joel, Scott, and April did a good job during the three days it took to install the windows, working around a recently hospitalized spouse, a visiting family. member and a grand-cat who was visiting.

The mess was cleaned up at the end of each day, only one installer worked inside the house, the inside was vacuumed and swiftered each day, and the windows are all cleaned inside and out. It was a good experience and I recommend Henderson & Daughter highly.

From the sales department which was always prompt to respond to my vast array of emails and. phone calls, the admin team that called to not only setup and remind me of my install date, but also promptly contact me afterward to assure I was satisfied with their product.

All has worked out well. The two men Josh Kizer and Travis Slusher not only were superb in their work, they were. extremely personable and professional.

To include sharing with the 4 legged critters (Our protective Babies) in our home. We signed off on the project this morning and we are very happy that we selected Henderson & Daughters to secure our home with Milgard windows. Josh indicated to me that one of the screens had a tear in it and that he would return with a new screen. He could have easily just put the screen in and I likely would have signed off not even realizing same and then would have had to come back, not the case. This is called dry rot. These windows and doors were installed by Henderson & Daughter right over the top of this per the owners of the home we recently purchased. Might need to do a little educating to your contractors because a good name is still better than great riches.

The craftmen that installed our windows and doors were top notch. The were very professional and worked with us when any questions arose. Everything was completed quickly and at a great quality. Our salesperson, Trudy, was also helpful. The couple of changes that had to be made were done at Henderson and Daughter expense, and done in an efficient manner.

I am so tardy in sending my thanks for the incredible changes the bay and the replacement windows made in the kitchen, not to mention the new front door. The team from Henderson is beyond amazing. From Debby to Keith the professional (and clean!) installers I just can't say enough.

It started with a very creative saleswoman, who took my very loose vision and created the perfect design. I didn't want windows like every other house in the neighborhood. She considered our budget in the process, but showed me options. I actually took her design work (not pricing) out for 2 other bids, and while she/they wasn't/weren't the least expensive, they got the order.

Russ and his crew did the work and were SO polite and responsive. Wendy McVicker was the sales woman and estimator and she, too, was responsive and knew so much about windows. By the end of this project, I felt we were all one team with the common goal of creating beautiful windows in my historic home. Mission accomplished!

I called about a window in my home I wanted replaced. I was turned down for only wanting one window. The receptionist Debbie said you have to order four minimum. This is a 12'X6' window and I was not even able to get a quote.

My mother had all windows, patio doors and of course screens installed from this company. They were very nice and it looked like a great job and it should have been, since it cost her over 15,000.00!

Well this is a Character Rating! Day after Christmas and we were sitting in the Fred Meyer parking lot with a dead battery (these things happen when your 13 year old had the radio on whIle you were in the store.).

We went with Henderson and Daughter because they had been completely reliable and responsive through the process. No other company came close to their level of service. Debby is the owner and a consumate sales person and went out of her way to make sure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way.

We are familiar with Henderson and Daughter and have visited their showroom in the past. After trying to schedule appointments with two of Angie's List companies whose volume was so high they they had to give me referrals, I called Henderson and Daughter.

We had another company come in for a free inspection of our windows and give us an outrageous quote. We were looking for more energy efficient windows so did some research and found Henderson and Daughter.
