EXCELLENT BUSINESS PRACTISES! I bought my mom a fence for her yard, and called Dennis because this is a small locally owned company. We were all surprised at the attention to detail, the culture of kindness within his crew, and the end result was a beautiful product worth every penny. **Best Part** When i realized that i had miscommunicated my vision for the fence, Dennis and his crew adjusted plans in seconds and revised the build within minutes with pleasure and aptitude. The owner (Dennis) sends over a crew to my neighbors house to replace an adjoining fence. One guy speaks English. As others have said, they cut corners and produce a sub standard product. They left a bunch of concrete in my yard after cutting the old posts off and this after having to COMPLETELY REBUILD the entire fence due to shoddy construction and being 2 ft into my property on one side and a few inches on the other. That's right.
The fence was diagonal. When confronted, the owner went into a rage and made every excuse, never once admitting any fault, even when forced to redo the fence. Trust me. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible Quality - I had Pasadena Fence out to my office install privacy slats into our existing chainlink fence that is the perimeter of our property. The slats are completely uneven at the top of the fence and vary in length from section to section of the fence. In 85% or the fence, the slats stick up above the actual chainlink itself. It looks like the project is incomplete.
It appears that all that needs to be done as a final step is for someone to trim the tops to match the height of the fence. When we discussed this with Dennis Everett, VP of Pasadena Fence and were told on two different occasions that he would send someone out to take a look at it. No one ever came out - the problem was never addressed and he never replied to our final email in which we sent pictures and a recap of the situation. The fence looks terrible and is not reflective of the investment we made with Pasadena Fence. Ridiculously unimpressive!

We had fences replaced and an electric gate installed across the driveway in 2016. We had several problems, but, there was usually a quick response and repair done. On Tuesday, July 3, 2018, our gate wasn't closing correctly. I contacted the owner, Dennis Everett, he gave me the name and phone number of his "guy" to contact. I contacted the "guy" and he couldn't promise to come out on that day, but, he did show up about 6:30 pm, which was nice.
He made the adjustment, advised us that the operator was not installed properly and that the gate was too big for the operator (this is the same thing we have heard from every tech). 30 minutes after he left the weld that holds the operator in place broke. I called the owner directly on his phone and never heard back from him. I did not expect a call or a repair on the 4th of July.
On Thursday, July 5th, I called their offices at 9 am, was told by the woman answering the phone that Dennis would call right back. Never heard a word from anyone. At 4:45 pm, I called Dennis, he had been too busy all day and other people were on his call back list. I told him the problem, asked him what he thought of the techs assessment of the gate size and operator size and installation.
He said none of those people would have ever said that to me. So, now I am a liar. He would get on the phone with the repair person and get right back with me. This morning at 9 am, I called their offices again, spoke with the woman, asked if anyone was going to be coming. They have people on vacation and Dennis is really busy, but, she would get him to call me right back.

Turns out that the "guy" is a contractor and does work for other fence companies other than Pasadena Fence. Too bad for Dennis, I have given them referrals in our neighborhood several times and they have installed those fences and gates based on my referrals. There won't be anymore referrals and I will give people that ask a copy of this review AND the name and phone number of my replacement fence company.
