Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I had my roof done less than a year ago. the first time it rained a month ago, the roof leaked. I have now called 7 times over the last four weeks and I have yet to get a call back. this company is to be stayed away from. all nice on the phone for the sale and zero response when they need to come out and fix their inferior work.

This company is unprofessional and completely disrespectful. In addition they are incompetent, so far it has taken more than 5 months to get a leak fixed. One of their people stated that it wasn't his job to know the difference between a pipe and the gutters, WOW (mind blown). Because of their inability fix and communicate the appropriate information to the HOA.

I have now lost a combined full week of work because of them, and so far they are over an hour late for an 8 am appointment, so I continue to lose money! If you need a new roof or an existing repaired, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I'm stuck with them because of a warranty that the HOA is refusing to ignore, despite their obvious incompetence.
