Shea Roofing replaced our leaky garage roof. They were prompt, pleasant, if somewhat pricey.

Over the years they have done three jobs for me: laid down a new flat roof, built a new patio roof and my last project- re-roof under the Spanish tiles and reset the tiles. From start to finish the job was well planned and professionally executed. The owner, Bill Shea, gave me a competitive bid. The work crew came each day at 9:00 am and left at 5pm.

They kept the noise level down, no loud music or shouting to each other across the roof. Each evening they left the job site clean. The supervisors listened to questions and suggestions, and were always accessible, as was Bill. The finished product is truly beautiful. Couldn't be happier!

Shawn came by, very nice guy. They were very detailed oriented and was prompt. Pricing overall competitive compared to others. I wouldn't hesitant to hire them

We had a great experience with a roof replacement by Shea Roofing in November. We had gotten quotes from 3 other good companies and were going to move forward with one until we saw our neighbor get their roofed replaced by Shea. They said it was seamless, so we got a quote (comparable to the others) and moved forward with Shea. It was indeed seamless.and fast.

They were really communicative and conscientious throughout, never any debris left in the evenings. We had shade sails attached to the roof before, and not only did they reattach them - but they made a special trip to the hardware store to set up an improved hook/cable attachment that allows us to detach the sails on windy days so there's no tension on the roof. Really appreciated the attention to detail and would recommend!

This is the third time I called Shea Roofing. Both times they came out the same day and gave me a written estimate that was considerably less than the other two roofing companies I called. Their guys showed up on time and did more than I felt I bargained for. They also cleaned up all my rain gutters and left the entire area where they were working much cleaner than it was when they got here. I highly recommend them and tell all my friends about them. Oh! Their estimator is also really cute and smells good :

We procrastinated on getting our roof replaced, dreading waiting for bids and then enduring several days of noise and confusion. On Facebook I asked for recommendations for roofing in Burbank. All but one of the (many) answers was Shea Roofing. Their estimate was somewhere in the middle, but I liked how much time they took with my questions. The job was done quickly and the clean up was thorough. The roof looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend these guys.

You get what you pay for! I have a very problematic roof. AC unit & ducts, Skylights, flat & shingle. And extremely ugly. Got a few estimates that were all within a few thousand of each other. Shea was on the higher end BUT they were the only ones that completely put me at ease. Completely eliminating my anxiety about the project. Professional, on time, the nicest crew & completely cleaned up when it was all done.

I had wood rot damage inside & they completely took care of everything. And now my ugly roof is a thing of the past. Honestly if you need to replace or repair your roof. I cant recommend the Shea Brothers enough. Now we just need some rain :

This was their 3rd roof jobs that Shea Family did for us for the last 4 months, as always, great job, very professional staff, super nice and clean work, prices were all very reasonable, all our calls were answered right a way, jobs were done all in a timely manner, all the paper work/permits were obtained, don't have enough to say about William, Ken, Blake, Carolyn, all the staff/workers, ., highly recommended and we will be referring them to all our family, friends, associates, VIP's.

Bill and his crew were amazing. They were clean, quick, precise, professional and friendly. The price was in line (actually a tad more competitive) than the other roofers I called. If you need a new roof, look no further!

We discovered serious wind damage on the back edge of our roof, which folded the shingles back several feet, exposing a good amount of tar paper -- and this is a NEW roof just installed last year. Bill and his team came out to fix it and mentioned the nails used on the new roof were a tad short, and that longer nails are a best practice. Although we connected with Shea through our insurance, they were prompt and did great work.

This review is only for response/bid purposes with the contractor. No roof repair work or inspection was performed at property. Contractor was very quick to response and answer my repair questions. Unfortunately, my tile repair work did not warrant their minimum job cost.

Eighty year old house and detached garage, due for a complete new roof. What we experienced- it likely happens quicker if not around a holiday, but still it all happened very quickly and efficiently. Tuesday: Andy Gump arrived. Plywood delivered. Wednesday: Demo crew arrived, took care to protect shrubs and plants in harm's way. Helpful if necessary to exit or enter house during work. Roofing Crew installed new plywood. Thursday: Plywood installed onto garage. Friday: City Inspection Followed by a whole lotta hammerin' goin on! Saturday: Flat roof crew til noonish.

One person on garage til done. Sunday: Monday: Holiday Tuesday: Wednesday: Andy left. Blake called to check in and arrange final City inspection. Thursday: Blake dealt with a couple fine details, waited for inspector, chewed the fat, got paid. And they lived happily ever after.

I found Bill Shae through Yelp and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! They are such professional, easy to communicate with and reasonable priced. I got my entire roof replaced and it was easy and painless. They are true professionals. Even their Porto potty they deliver for the crew is nice- great quality all around.

The whole process of doing a re cover roof to our home went extremely smooth. Met with Bill Shea and received a free estimate and roof inspection. Liked his no pressure approach and he had roofing samples available for our inspection. The roofing team leader Lorenzo was very professional and accommodating to our few requests during the process. I had five different bids and although they weren't the cheapest they were the best in approach to the entire process and explaining it to us. Ken Shea was here for the final inspection.

This review is long overdue. I can not recommend Shea Roofing enough! Because they unequivocally showcased that they 100% will stand by their work. Shea roofing came out and fixed a roof leak on one side of my home years ago and the work was done well and didn't leak again. so naturally this xmas when LA was hit with Storm/ rain and two areas leaked I called them again.

This time I got estimates from two other companies as it took Shea a while to have an opening in their schedule for me. Well Their estimate was in the middle. They did the work but then when the rain came again the area leaked more and now my ceiling was damaged. I called them during march, (yes mid the cover crisis starting )but still The owner came out investigated the work and investigated the damage.

There seemed to be a confusion on what I understood they were doing and what was written in the contract. Without ANY argument He promised to redo the work beyond what the original estimate was. And then hired someone to fix my ceiling (free of charge). Honestly I can not recommend these guys enough. yes something went wrong with the original fix These guys chose to stand by their work way beyond what was promised, which is not something you can find easily.

Shea Roofing was the middle bid on our roof replacement project, but I chose them because they are local to me and also because of their excellent reputation. Well, let me say up front that we made the right choice! The tear down (we had a layer of 3 roofs) was efficiently accomplished by a well-supervised crew of 12 who showed up exactly when they said they would, and when done they performed an excellent clean-up.

The actual new roof installation was one craftsman and one assistant, and once again they worked hard to complete the job right on time. The roof looks great, we have had multiple neighbor positive comments already. In fact, once this COVID-19 pandemic passes, my next door neighbor is going to have his old roof replaced by Shea Roofing, he was that impressed.

We are currently going through a series of rainstorms and have not had a single leak; such peace of mind is very comforting. In conclusion, you can't go wrong with Shea Roofing. they are simply the best!

I just finished remodeling my bathroom with flooring from Shea Roofing. Gayanne help us choose and select the most beautiful imported tiles. She did a great job with the estimate as well as giving us the "best" price. The tiles came to the storeroom in a timely manner and the customer service was spot on. When the job was done there was hardly any extra tile! The people at Shea Roofing made a potentially stressful remodel job go smoothly.

I am going to start with I never got the chance to even initiate service with this company. Called to explain that my boss was looking for a roofer to help his parents in the Alhambra area. Though the young woman did confirm they do service Alhambra she also mentioned they were 2-3 weeks out since they were busy. No problem. However I tried to explain that my boss wanted to have a conversation with a technician or the estimator beforehand to tell them exactly what to do since his parents don't speak any English.

The girl's response. we are too busy to do that. To me that seems pretty lame since your current job, if done right, won't be needing you again for a few years or so if you do good work so how do you bring in new business if you do not make the time to chat with potential new customers? I'm sure they do quality work the reviews below speak very highly of this company but I am not impress. Hoping you all receive better service at initial contact then I did. The search continues for a roofer!
